    I'm always looking for ways to improve my diet and overall health but I'm afraid I am not much of a cook. I am also trying to change my lifestyle and would like to eat healthier. I’ve been trying to find a right diet for me but I’m so busy and I don’t have enough time to cook.
    This book seems like a perfect solution for me.

    The author presented great recipes, which are nicely laid out, and each recipe is well written with good instructions.

    Another great thing about this book is that there are so many recipes. No one reading it will be left out. Everyone’s tastes are served here. Every meal is covered from breakfast to late night dinners to healthy snacks.

    Also, unlike some other recipe books, the ingredients are available to everyone. I have often found it difficult to find some ingredients in cookbooks. However, I can say I didn’t see anything I could not recognize and easily obtain at the grocery store in this book.

    I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight, and especially those who are searching for some great tasting healthy foods. Do not pass this book up it covers every possible meal you could think of, from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, comfort foods, and Asian meals

    I found this book to be incredibly helpful as well as unique in it's approach to weight loss. The author presented each recipe in a well written and easy to follow manner which I like because weight loss can be very hard as it is, and if the recipe is too difficult to follow it can be very discouraging. With bathing suit weather on it's way, I'm so excited to try these recipes, they look delicious! Highly recommended!

    I was so delighted with the content in this book, there are so many great and simple recipes for delicious healthy food. It was good to get a little background on the author as well and how the meals in this book have helped her lose weight. Would definitely recommend to others who like myself do not want to sacrifice taste on their weight loss journey! The garlic shrimp recipe is my favourite so far!

    I've read loads of "how to lose weight" books. Many of them say the same old tired things. This one is GREAT! The author doesn't push alot of tired old "facts" across the pages - just things that worked for her, things that make sense, things that are actually pretty simple. The book is clearly written, and I love the recipes at the end.

    ​The book addresses my diet dilemma perfectly. I wanted to lose weight but it has not been easy. I cannot give up meat. I'm a hopeless meat lover, and I particularly love shrimps and seafood. This book provides easy to follow plan with easy to make recipes cleverly balanced with meat and vegetables. I'm very happy with my purchase and cannot wait to give those appealing recipes a try!

    I love the idea of mixing and matching for a healthy meal- something that can be easily done for a meat lover. This book has a lot of practical techniques and a great advice to lose weight, easy and yummy looking dishes - some with Asian flair! The cauliflower crust pizza, garlic shrimp look delicious.     Like so many other women I am not a stranger to diets and weightloss advice books. I have so many such books, it's not even funny.
    This book is really different! It's all about Making small changes, Making baby steps and Setting priority. And it is doable!
    Loved it and Recommend it!
