Texas Devlins 4 Book Bundle Kindle Edition
White Witch (Texas Devlins Origins), a novella, depicts the Devlin family’s heroic battle to survive the catastrophic Chicago Fire of 1871. It also showcases one character’s clairvoyant gift.
Darlin’ Irish, book one in the trilogy, is Jessie Devlin’s story. Jessie possesses second sight, the ability to look into the future. After surviving the Great Chicago Fire, she endures nightmares in which a man she’s never met saves her from burning to death. She believes they are fated to love and a prophetic vision sends her west in search of him. But a second vision warns of a fiery-eyed madman who may also await her beyond the horizon. Will her quest lead her to happiness . . . or into a deadly trap?
Dashing Irish, book two, stars Jessie’s older brother Tye Devlin. Tye is a sensitive, an empath in modern terms. He literally feels others' emotions. Over time, he has learned to block out most of the “racket” in order to save his sanity, but when he meets Texas cowgirl Lil Crawford, her troubled feelings breach his mental barriers. Feuding families stand between the two and an iconic cattle drive pits them against raging rivers, hostile Indians and a vicious enemy. Can they overcome their inner demons, and will Tye’s gift prove to be a curse or a blessing?
Dearest Irish, Rose Devlin’s story, concludes the trilogy. Youngest of the three siblings, Rose has an amazing ability to heal with her mind, but she keeps a dark secret that blights her very soul. Meek and mild compared to her sister and brother, she is intimidated by half-breed cowboy Choctaw Jack. When he learns of her healing gift and abducts her to save his dying mother, how will she stand up to life in the Indian Territory? Can she put aside her fears and help Jack shed the burden of his past? Above all, do they stand a chance in a world where they’re reviled for daring to love?
These award-winning books deliver fast paced action, steamy romance and high adventure sparked by flashes of psychic power.

About the author

Lyn Horner resides in Fort Worth, Texas – “Where the West Begins” – with her husband and several very spoiled cats. Her two grown children live within easy driving distance along with a gaggle of delightful grandkids.
Trained in the visual arts at the prestigious Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Lyn worked as a fashion illustrator and art instructor for a number of years before turning to her longtime love of writing. She takes pride in crafting passionate love stories, both historical and contemporary. When not writing, Lyn enjoys reading, gardening, genealogy, visiting with family and friends, and cuddling her furry, four-footed children.
The author’s Texas Devlins series blends authentic Old West settings, steamy romance and a glimmer of paranormal. This series has earned multiple awards and nominations, including Crowned Heart reviews and a Rone Award nomination from InD’Tale Magazine.
Lyn was a contributor to Rawhide ʼn Roses, a Western Romance Anthology. This book was a finalist in the 2015 RONE Awards anthology category. Lyn was also part of the bestselling western Christmas anthology Silver Belles and Stetsons. Regrettably, these books are no longer available. However, she is represented in The Posse, a historical western anthology available on Amazon.
Jumping from the American Old West to the present time, Lyn immersed herself in her eight-book romantic suspense series, Romancing the Guardians. These books combine her trademark flashes of psychic phenomena with Irish folklore and a chilling pre-apocalyptic theme. Along the way, readers are treated to thunderous action, terrifying suspense and sizzling romance in places around the world.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 14, 2014I was excited to see that the whole series was included in one kindle version which included history and romance all wrap in one great package. The novella White Witch was a great intro the Devlin family's dynamics and the powers or "gifts" the family had and how those abilities would shape what would come for the three siblings Jesse, Tye, and Rose. Without giving away to much all three stories took place in the old west right after the civil war. All three siblings had to battle their own obstacles, villains, family conflicts(both their own and their loves), social differences to fully be able to grasp the love of a live time with their mates David, Lily, and Jake. I had a hard time putting down this series and I hope that in the near future we will see maybe some of the descendants or children of these three!

- Reviewed in the United States on September 11, 2021Lyn has an understanding of Texas and Texansa that makes heI r stories spread like they come from someone native-born like myself. I would have a bad reaction to someone who tried to fake it.Her character development continuation throughout the books is practically phenomenal. Your a pistol, girl, and sharp as a tack.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 11, 2014This is one of the best series I have read. The stories are introduced via the Chicago Fire in White Witch and it whets the appetite for what is to come. The next 3 books about 2 sisters, Jessie and Rose and their brother, Tye, keep you wanting to do nothing but read. They are definitely page turners. They kept me intrigued and interested from beginning to end. I was sorry they ended. I feel like I have lost my best friends. Well written and, with the paranormal element, they were different but enjoyable westerns. I highly recommend this series, you will not be disappointed.
