I am one of those readers who just can't let go of my favorite characters. It is one of the reasons I love to read series. But not just any series. It has to be able to work as a stand-alone, while giving me the taste of the characters I feel in love with in the first place. Well, in my opinion, no one does a series better than Melanie Moreland!

A Merry Vested Wedding takes up where Sandy ended, and gives us the next generation from BAM. All the gang is here! Bentley, Aiden, Maddox, Reid, Van, Hal, and most importantly, for me...Sandy! Did I forget to mention that Richard VanRyan is here as well? That is the cherry on the top!

This story goes through the wedding of Brayden (Son of Maddox) and Addison (Daughter of Bentley). That should tell you of what type of joy you are going to experience while reading this story alone, but the love of this young couple just warms my heart! The best of friends since almost birth, they really know each other. How wonderful to find yourself in love with your very best friend! This brings a new branch in what is already the BAM family tree, as well as giving us the bridge to the future! I love that we come into the story with them already a couple, but getting some back story to how they got to where they are now. There are some very touching moments, there are some very funny moments, but there is an abundant of love! Meeting the next generation has me hopeful that this series goes on and on! I could never get enough!

One of my favorite things about this story... we get to see another side of Bentley. We know how he was when he fell in love with Emmy, and through that process, we fell in love with him. However, seeing him as he watches his little girl fall in love and knowing that another man is becoming the important man in her life just brings on another level of feels! I fell in love with Bentley all over again!

Melanie Moreland has long been my favorite author. She understands how to tell someone's story, and you just fall in love with her characters. Each one of her books work well as stand-alone stories, but when you know the history of the characters, you will understand why she is my favorite series writer.

Oh my heart absolutely overflowed with love and joy as I got to experience new things and relive and revisit old memories, all of it wrapped up in the lovely world of BAM and ABC, my favorite characters still as witty, as charming, as hilarious and more, and getting to know and fall in love with new ones that I cannot wait to get to know better!

Brayden and Addison? SWOONWORTHY. Honestly, I was tripping over myself, gushing and sighing and turning pages as fast as humanly possible because I was hungry for more!

I already cannot wait for Gracie's story! The way Melanie develops characters and teases you with details and information is an art form! And Jaxson? Don't mind me as I drool just thinking about him!

And Maddox? Oh, that man, he may or may not have brought a tear to my eye. To be fair, so did Bentley. These men, their poise, their confidence, but especially their love truly makes them stand out characters that I will love forever. (And I'll be going back to reread me some BAM stories STAT!) And Aiden? He made me laugh out loud and I was once again and still am thoroughly charmed!

All in all, if you're looking for a story that is a perfect blend of revisiting the past and embracing the present while looking forward to the future, A Merry Vested Wedding is the book for you! I guarantee you won't regret it!

I can’t begin to say how much I loved this. I love watching this family grow and connect in special ways. I know my Saving Grace is out but I want to wait for more books in the series. This was so beautifully done and tied together. I wish I had friends like these. It was beautiful to read. Being introduced to these adults as babies and now to see where they’ve gone is incredible and so beautifully written by the author.

The first Melanie Moreland book I read was The Contract and I loved it. I think I read it twice back to back. Then she wrote Bentley and I adored that character. Each time one of the next BAM boys had a book, it made my week. I love the series. A Merry Vested Wedding was perfect. It gave us an insight as to what has happened over the next twenty or so years and sets up the books for the next group, the children of all our Vested Interest couples, ABC and it only gets better. If you haven’t read this series, trust me, you will want to, as a matter of fact, any book by this author will be a book you will read again and again. Don’t miss The Contract which some feel, like me, in it’s own way, it’s the very beginning and don’t miss Bentley - he will warm your heart. As all the children of our BAM alphas are grown up, we start this next amazing series with Bentley’s daughter, Addison and her marriage to Braydon Riley, Maddox’s son. when vested series (bam) ended i really missed them and i didn't expect the story of secoond geberation (abc) of bam. its totally awesome to see bam boys and richard. Bentley as an emotional father, aiden in his same enjoying and childish demeanor, maddox as an responsible father of groom, van, halton, richard as their supporters and family. sandy and jordan as their grams and pops. the ldies of their family as usual loving and caring and guiding their husband's. their interactin as a family was awesome and in next books i need more of their family conversations.

the love story of braydon and adddison was so good. they are lucky to find their love in short period of time and without any gliches and problem their life started and rode in a good smooth pace. the responsibility of bray and addi shows the character of their parents. their connection between their cousins were good. the interaction of bentley with addi and maddox to bray was so emotional and touching. i thought their mothers will be emotional but it was just opposite and i love it.

other characters of the books were well explained. the triplets of Callaghans were so energitic and as usual same like aiden in their character's. the presence of triplets increase the smiles while reading. heather and reed were a cute couple to read. grace vanryan in a typically different situation. the simultaneous story of gracie is interesting to read. jaxson as an new entry is good to read.

eagerly expecting for 'my saving grace' book. i never expected to see richard as a father who accepted reed for heather. i wanted to see the reaction of richard towards grace in her book. to know the suprise in element and story of gracie read this book and get some sneak peak in this book. other characters are not explained in this book but i am waiting for each and everyones special book. looking forward for the gavins family along with the vanryan clan. i missed richard and katy with the gavins. i hope they will appear in the grace book. looking forward for that book.

last the christmas celebration of contract and vested series is awesome. i hope to celebrate same as like that in this book. aiden as an eager kid in christmas to celebrate was so funny. whole families were present in the celebration. the new entry of an person in the christmas was really not expected by me. it was but worth to watch the secret to unhold. that secret was not expected even by anyone their. games,food, fun, enjoyed by the family. really loved this christmas. i really liked the santa of their christmas and secret of him.

The Vested Interest books made up such a really great series that I was gonna miss it hard when it ended so, you can imagine, I was delighted when Ms Moreland announced we’d be getting to read about the next generation of the BAM family!!

A Merry Vested Wedding was a great introduction to the BAM guys kids as they are now.... all adults, all working - some of them together - and all negotiating life and relationships.

Brayden Riley & Addison Ridge were great together.
I loved the family interactions and the reactions of their dads when it came to this pair being together.... it was what you’d expect from the BAM men we’ve come to know over the last few years!!

This is the perfect way to start the ABC Corp series - with a wedding between two of the BAM boys children: Addison Ridge - Bentley & Emmy's daughter - and Brayden Riley - Maddox & Dee's son. This is only short but I feel like Melanie Moreland did a great job in giving us enough of the backstory and romance between Addi & Brayden that I didn't feel like we missed out. This is a couple that have loved one another for a long time and to see them get married with all the BAM fam was just beautiful.

It was so wonderful to see the BAM children and the VanRyan children all grown up and I can see there will be loads of stories with this new generation. I loved the tie-in with the first full length story in this new series, starring Richard & Katy's daughter Grace, and it made me want to grab that book right away (so I did!!).
