Tamara Lush is a Florida-based author and journalist. She’s an RWA Rita finalist, an Amtrak writing fellow and the winner of the George C. Polk award for environmental journalism.

She was a reporter with The Associated Press, covering crime, alligators, natural disasters and politics.

Tamara is a fan of vintage pulp fiction book covers, Sinatra-era jazz, 1980s fashion, tropical chill, kombucha, gin, tonic, seashells, iPhones, Art Deco, telenovelas, street art, coconut anything, strong coffee and newspapers. She lives on the Gulf coast with her husband and two dogs.

    Such an enjoyable series!

    Whether you've read the other stories in the Paradise Beach series or you're starting out with All I Do, you're certainly in for a real treat. Tamara Lush has hooked me with the great cast of characters that she introduced the reader to in book one and I was excited to finally read Remy's story. From the perfect beach setting to the men and women who live in Paradise Beach and even the guest appearance of the family dog, each one of these stories warms your heart and soothes your soul.

    The story starts out with Leilani's mother giving her an inheritance check from her aunt that recently passed away. Leilani has been stuck in an unhealthy environment and this check is just what she needs to start her life all over again and to make her dream of opening Mermosa a reality. She stumbles upon Remy while she's taking a swim and there's no denying the chemistry. Remy is a good guy but he's never been one for getting serious. He and Leilani are good for each other and with their love of the water, it's somewhat of a healing process for them both.

    I love how Lush gives the reader a situation within the story that many will be able to relate to. Basically, an escape from something that's happened in their lives. The characters are all genuine and you will love them fiercely. I've really enjoyed getting to know the family that these stories are centered around and look forward to the next installment.

    All American playboy Remy is well known as the biggest eligible player of Florida’s Paradise Beach. Thinks he has it all figured out when he meets Leilani in the water.
    Leilani stumbles into money left by her aunt and decides to leave her job, her abusive boyfriend and her dream job as a mermaid.
    There is electricity in the air as soon as these two meet. Instant attraction. Since Leilani has been hurt before in her relationship she makes a pact with Remy that they keep their relationship on a physical level only. No feelings. No strings. Nothing but sex. It’s just that this never works out.

    Leilani is such a cute character. She is fun. Super sexy. Smart and beautiful. A perfect match for Remy.

    This can definitely be read as a stand-alone even if it’s a series. You won’t miss anything. The only think you might be missing is the background stories of the other characters which I assume are in the other books!
    Go ahead and read this. You’ll like it!!

    Tamara Lush writes the love stories I want to read. With woman unabashdely seeking their way, their pleasure - and who never are shamed for it. With men who always respect all the women around, are strong but helpful, alpha but curteously, who make their ladies feel safe with them. My favorite quote? "Consent is a turn-on." And even if they don't have condoms around, they know how to have fun. How to be fun. Relatable hurdles in the way of a happy end that is sure to come, to be overcome together. And a sneak peek in the next book I can't wait to read - again. I can't help myself, I want more!

    I really enjoyed this series and I was very excited for Remy's story..and I am so in love with the characters!
    Leilani certainly doesn't have it easy, to put it mildly, but for once luck seems to be on her side, with the inheritance that will help her achieve her dream and meeting a gorgeous man.Remy is a one and done kind of a guy, but for the first time he can see himself with one woman, a woman who battles with something that is not easy to move on from.
    I genuinely enjoyed the story and the fact that it's about something serious that should be treated as such but also spoken about. it makes the story even more beautiful.

    Ever the bachelor, Remy was never supposed to fall. Who better than a mermaid to snare the life long fisherman!

    All I Do is Remy's chance at forever, even if he never knew he wanted it. Paradise Beach is all about the whirlwind romances. I can't tell if it's in the water or the air, but just know...its contagious!

    Happily Ever After is not just a state of mind here!

    I can't wait for Nat's book, next. I'm also hoping Sadie gets her pirate booty!
