    A romantic and suspenseful sci-fi/fantasy with parallel universes. A war is raging between species and a new darker way of life becomes necessary. This is the fourth book of the series with the characters I've come to know and love, plus there are new fascinating ones. The plot is intriguing and well written. Thoroughly enjoyed it, great read.
