Reviews:
"Into the world of Alana and Logan. This was truly a great book. Sitting on the edge of my seat wondering where it was going to happen next. She makes you fall in love with each character as she goes. Entering a world of magic legends and drama and love every minute of it. I would definitely put this book on your MUST READ list."
"The story is wonderful, the world alive, and the characters fairly well rounded. I loved the town and the people, well, almost all of them. I didn't want it to end. I WILL Be getting the others in this series, as should you. You'll agree once you finish the first chapter. Nothing is forced, everything kinda flows, mysteries abound, gossip is rich, and the town is small."
"This book has murder, love and suspense. You will be wanting to turn the page to see what happens next."

About the author

Teresa Keefer was chosen by her adoptive parents in Warsaw, Indiana and has remained in Indiana all her life. She currently resides in rural Indiana with a menagerie of dogs, cats and goats after a family of greedy raccoons ate all her chickens on a hot Saturday night. She has three beautiful adult daughters and seven fantastic grandchildren who all live a hop, skip and a jump away from her.
Holding an MBA from Indiana Institute of Technology, she has spent the last 30 years in the human resources profession. In her spare time—what little there is—she can be found doing a variety of crafts, cooking, studying the paranormal, making organic remedies, and barefoot gardening. Her bucket list is quite extensive, and she is determined to mark off every item—as she adds two more for each one accomplished.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2019This was a charming mix of a lot of my favorite things. Witches, a mystery, family, small towns. I loved how it manged to straddle so many genres with a natural ease. There was a romantic element that didn't get in the way of the plot. The supernatural parts and the mystery held hands like old friends who belong together. The characters are what really spoke to me. In addition to a sweet mix of standard small town tropes the sister and Logan added a lot to the tale. Logan was actually my favorite of them all. I enjoyed learning more about him as the story unfolded. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2015This one I had a hard time putting down each night as I fell asleep in the soft light of my Kindle. The story is wonderful, the world alive, and the characters fairly well rounded. I loved the town and the people, well, almost all of them. I didn't want it to end. I WILL Be getting the others in this series, as should you. You'll agree once you finish the first chapter. Nothing is forced, everything kinda flows, mysteries abound, gossip is rich, and the town is small. Enjoy this and the others.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2016I really enjoyed this story. I appreciate stories that show Pagans as the "normal" people they are. Can't wait to read the next in the series!

Alana, Teagan and Riana are forced back together by circumstance and family ties, due to an ancient evil attempting to destroy them and their town,. I hate having to wait for the last book, but I will!

3.0 out of 5 stars Love the Wiccan representation
This book gave me amateur Nora Roberts vibes with the paranormal theme and wholesome romance (there is only 1 very mild spice scene).
I struggled to adjust to writing. It jumped from narrator to first person context without warning and quite often wasn’t clear on which character was saying/doing what.
In saying that the story is beautifully descriptive, kind of poetic in how it describes places and situations. The story would go off on tangents that gave details about the town or character history that had nothing to do with current situation, this took up a decent chunk of the story.
The mystery was very obvious on who the culprit.
I loved the pagan representation and spirit guides and the mix in with Native American beliefs as well. This is what really kept me invested.
I liked the Summer sisters sibling dynamics.
