    This is arguably Eric Wilder's most impressive writing ever! His vivid imagination and unmatched ability to put it in writing, places the reader into the story and gives the reader a yearning to make an actual physical search for the places and for the characters Eric has depicted and created. The setting is in isolated parts of the Kiamichi Mountains of Eastern Oklahoma and gives a historical perspective of that part of the U.S. The search for the famous, elusive beast, Bigfoot adds to the mystery and intrigue. His detailed depiction of an ancient Mayan city and it's inhabitants as it existed centuries ago, explains the actual existence today of the Spiro Mounds of Eastern Oklahoma. A must read!
