Sabrina Clarke has been through it all - a lonely childhood, a nutty family with commitment issues, a broken engagement, & a wedding invitation from the ex-fiancée. Now she's suddenly thrust into the spotlight & has trouble dealing with it. Being put on the spot has never been her strong suit. When she was being on a show, the interviewer misinterpreted her responses & thought she was in a relationship with Logan. Not knowing he was in a secret relationship, Sabrina didn't correct her. Things escalated from there. Could their friendship survive?

    Logan wasn't good enough for his ex-girlfriend, Olivia. He didn't have enough zeros in his fortune. Logan used that as an impetus to push himself & his business. Now his partner & him are taking the big step to find investors & Olivia has connected with him again. She has excuses why she couldn't connect with him in the past & why things would be better this time. Can she be believed?

    I love this group of friends! They are as different as can be but they were pulled together & support each other through thick & thin. They all are finding new strengths as they go through the process of finding there significant other. Each story is self contained & could be read as a stand alone but the characters all make appearances. This serves to bring the reader up to date on their lives along with adding additional depth to the story. Ms. Gilmore brings such emotion to her characters that, as a reader, you find yourself experiencing those same emotions. I felt for Sabrina when you hear how lonely & humiliating her childhood was & how her parents still treat her. The dialogue was at times funny, infuriating, sexy & sassy! I really can't wait for Josh & Hailey's story!!

    That is what Sabrina and Logan were, soulmates from lunch to the bedroom. Signs of encouragement and meetings of clarity. This was a great read.

    This was such a good book about Sabrina and Logan! These two are friends and when Logan goes to support Sabrina at an interview on live television things get weird. Sabrina is nervous and makes it sound like Logan is her boyfriend not realizing that he already has a girlfriend. The paparazzi catches them arguing and things go down hill from there. Sabrina wants to make things right for Logan and his girlfriend and Logan wants Sabrina to stay out of his business. Sabrina's friend, Claire, decides that Logan needs to see Sabrina differently and helps her dress for a party. Logan notices Sabrina, but so does his friend. Sabrina has some issues from her past to deal with and Logan needs to open his eyes about his long-distance girlfriend. This was such a good book! I am really enjoying the Happy Endings Book Club!!

    Some parts of the book was a definite 3 or even 4, but unfortunarely there were a few parts that dragged and I felt like skimming. So I settled on an average of 2.8 ☆.

    Characters are likeable and mostly mature. At ine stage there was just a lot going on and it felt like the book was used to introduce all the secondary characters so that the reader would buy their books.

    It was a bit of a slow-burn and at times a bit boring,but there were little bits of magic scattered inbetween which made it worth the read.

    Will read more by this author.

When she writes an article it catches attention and she is invited to be interviewed on TV. She feels like a fraud because she is not in a relationship. But her friends encourage her to to go and tells her it is alright to pretend to be in a relationship. Her best friend Logan who she has always had a crush on shows up for support and she lets everyone believe they are a couple. Logan is furious. He has never gotten over his college girlfriend and has reconnected with her. He knows she will go crazy when she hears about this. So Sabrina tries to mend her friendship with Logan, help him with his girlfriend problem and tries to save her reputation as a relationship counselor. What could go wrong? Another great addition to the Happy Endings Book Club family.

    Now when Kylie had mentioned this was a slow-burn romance I didn’t realize how slow the burn would be or how good it would feel. Logan and Sabrina had me at the edge of my seat and then jumping up and down for joy.

    Logan and Sabrina’s story had me wanting to push these two together and just be honest with one another. But when the relationship started rolling along, I wanted to pump the breaks and enjoy the ride. These two were caught between tough relationships and career goals. They needed to find out who they were first and what they truly wanted before actually getting to the good stuff. Kylie did a great job developing these characters and their situations. To see them finally find a relationship with each other filled with love, friendship, mutual respect and support had me raising my arms up in victory.

    Seeing them go through the journeys both as individuals and a couple was part of the fun. The other part was seeing the get their happily ever after like the rest of Sabrina’s friends in the book club.

    I really loved this book and this series!! Sad because I can see that the end is near but don't want it to ever end! Loved this friends to lovers story!! Sabrina Clarke and Logan Campbell both think each other are unsuitable partners, until they have a fake relationship!! They both realize they are more alike then they realized!!     So far all the books in the series are good. this one I just hated the way the characters acted as well as some of the back story just felt off. Which is kudos to Kylie. Had I read this one first I never would of read the rest of the series. It felt like a filler story to get to the end book where obviously Hailey and Josh get together. I hope Lexi’s story is better. Yes I am buying it as I want to know her story.
