Bianca Sommerland, author of the award winning Dartmouth Cobras series, was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. After hitting the USA TODAY Bestsellers list, and being invited to teach several classes on writing in the sports and BDSM genre, they retreated to their writing cave and can still be found there, doing what they've always done. Which is writing whatever the characters tell them to.

When not reading neurotically or writing as though the fate of the world rests on their keyboard, they are either watching hockey or teaching their children the beauty of a classic, steel pony while reminiscing about their days in Auto Body Mechanics. Their dream is to one day own enough land to park a few junkers on so they can work on restorations in their spare time. They also wants a pony. And while we’re sharing their wishlist, owning a tank is somewhere around number 5. Not that they would use it unless there’s a zombie apocalypse, but they do like to be prepared.

Their time is balanced with utmost care between ‘normal’ family life, and being lured into the fictional realm where their characters reside. For the most part, they succeed.

    I soooo enjoyed reading this series. I had heard of Ms. Sommerland and even had the first book in my elibrary but I never gave it much thought reading my other favorite artists. Then two weeks ago, I was in between books and cam across reviews for this series and thought to give it a read and I'M SO GLAD I DID! It was rich with well-developed characters and storylines that were carried through each chapter and book. I'm also really glad they were sold in a volume like this so I didn't have to stop and search for the next book and have to try and recall the correct reading order. It is also a GREAT VALUE sold this way. I love hot, erotic, kinky relationships with dominant good men and strong, independent women. If you're like me, you'll really enjoy this series.

    Certainly, there were moments of disbelief (like the fact that 18 and 22 year olds being engaged in such mature activities and business without any real shock or concern. But then again, the environment is professional sports and wealthy youth that were raised with rather non-traditional backgrounds so to that end, I guess this could happen?! What I really liked is that Ms. Sommerland was consistent in the world view she created and developed the individual characters, sharing their ethics, priorities, values and needs in a manner that helped me believe what mattered to them and those around them. Basically, I believed in the world she crafted and I wanted to know more! I'm now on Vol. II and just as excited to read the next encounter and story.

    If you want something juicy, sexy and engaging to read at any and every moment you get a chance ... this is one series that WILL fit the bill! ENJOY! :-)

    Book 1 'Game Misconduct' got me hooked on this series. So when I saw I could get all 3 at one time I grinned like an idiot, did a happy dance & downloaded as fast as my little fingers could click the button. These books are not for 'Lightweights'! They are extremely sensuous, hot and steamy. They will set your body on FIRE! You may run into an editing problem here and there. But so worth the read. And it moves. Fast. The flow is perfect. There is action & suspense, and not just in the Boudoir. You even have hockey for the sports fans.
    All 3 books got 5 stars from me. If you want to see what I say about the other 2 books in this series, feel free to look it up.

    I liked this first part of this series. Its great, even if you skipped the sex scenes, the foundation of the stories are well written.

    Book #1 - It was a slow story at first. I feel like you really got to know the characters and I fell in love with them. The nontraditional relationship works better than some involving two people. Every member seems to hold a fairly equal share based on mutual love and attraction.

    Book #2 - I have to say, I didn't like Silver and Dean coming into this book. But I fell in love with both characters before I was halfway through. You really feel the solid love and respect among all three in the relationship. I enjoyed seeing a little more non BDSM material where there was banter and shared opinions with the characters both new and old.

    Book #3 - I like this the least and not for the reasons one would think. I felt this story lacked the equal connection between the members of the relationship. It felt like the real focus was Seb and Luke and many times Jami was just thrown in as an aside in the relationship. It seems at times she is there just to "throw in a female" and not necessarily a part of the relationship.

    Overall, a fantastic series. I will read more.

    I am not a hockey fan but I am now a certified puck bunny of the Dartmouth Cobras!! I was so engrossed in this series, I read them all in about 4 days!
    Bianca is definitely going to be added to my favorite authors. The characters were well explained (names alittle hard to follow at first because of the first or last names being used) and I absolutely LOVED that we could see how they continued to grow and interact as the series progressed.

    These books were a little different from my normal reads, but wonderful! Talk about hot and steamy! If you do not like BDSM or group situations then do not read these. My eyes were definitely opened to a new world, but the author did a great job explaining the situations and not getting too technical. I find it funny that these books are under Sports, but then again there are a few hockey scenes in there every so often and all the storylines revolve around the guys being hockey players. I went on to read the fourth book and plan on reading the rest soon.

    I am only a couple of chapters in to the second book of this box set and as of right this moment I do plan on finishing the set. This story line is good, have not read another really like this. And I read A LOT.

    The lack of stars is because it is confusing for me. In the story from the beginning including conversations between characters they jump back and forth between first and last names. And when some of the names both first and last can go either way it get confusing if you have not been given time to get to know the characters. If this was not a box set I can't Sat I would have gone passed the first book.

    Books 1-3 of the Dartmouth Cobras; a really hot sexy read but with an excellent storyline in each book.
    Book one is based on Oriana and is probably the most "out there" in terms of the BDSM needs she has. The rest of the series is not as heavy into the BDSM, (although still very hot) but develops the characters, their feelings, and relationships beautifully.

    I have read all 5 books in the series and would thoroughly recommend it.

    OH.. Where do I start with this book. The pages nearly melted in my hands!!! I had mixed thoughts for this book.. I am still deciding if I will continue with this series, It will take me a little time to get over this one. Be warned that it is very descriptive, and if you don't enjoy erotic books then give this one a miss.

    It has taken me near a year to read this second book of this series. After reading the first one, and loving it, i was still a little traumatised (in a good way) to read more books. I had never read anything as erotic as this apart from fifty shades, which really there is no comparison. After being introduced to Bianca Sommerland's awesome writting skills in Game Misconduct, i was left speechless, these books are full on erotica but what grips you is the story... Yes, they actually have an interesting story. After reading this one about Silver, i have become more interested in the rest of the team. All the guys are amazingly HOT, but its not just about sex, these are men and women you want to get to know. A real page turner, and after 2 books, i have no hesitation in continuing with this awesome series. Its like eating your favorite chocolate bar whilst on a diet, you know you realyy should'nt do it, but you just can't help yourself... Its addictive!!!
