    I loved this book, and love the family! I received an ARC for this book, which was great - I couldn’t wait to see what Max was in for. It was better than I had imagined!

    Max, the oldest sibling of the Callaghan Green clan, is respected by his siblings but is stoic & a bit detached. When Max meets the feisty, independent, intelligent Victoria, sparks fly! Much like in the first two books, terrific banter is woven throughout the book between Max, Victoria, & Max’s family. And let it be known there is some serious heat between Max & Vic.

    I love family series — I can’t get enough of Jackson & Vanessa and Claire & Killian — and the author paints such deep, vivid characters! I want a crazy brother like Seph, a cursing stepmum like Marie, and a mysterious sibling like Callum! This book made me laugh, cry, smile, and crave the next book- I can’t wait!

Storylines from the previous two books continue so this is a series that should be read in order else you will be a bit lost. and the sex gets hotter and hotter with each book. Max is a headstrong oldest sibling who has it in his head he won't do the marriage and kid thing because of his upbringing. Victoria is a no nonsense, tell you like it is, perfect match for Max. Watching them email with each other was so much fun. I laughed a lot with this book and I can't wait for book 4.

    I was very happy that Max found a woman who was not afraid to stand up to him and put him in his place when necessary. Victoria is a great addition to the Callaghan Green series. She is a smart, independent and beautiful woman. This book tied up a few questions raised over the past two books as well as brought up some new things that I hope are addressed in future books. Those include, why does Seph not want to stay by himself, and is Eli going to be a love interest for one of the Callaghan Green sisters?

    Great family series. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

    I really enjoyed this book but the editing threw me out of the loop and subtracted from the story for me. Having two characters names, Victoria and Vanessa are too close and interchanging them quite often left me going "hmmmm". But other than that, it was a good book.

    Maxwell is a strong, deep, brooding and slightly troubled man. He is at the top of his field as a lawyer and professor. His first encounter with Victoria is an argument. She is a lecturer in history, finalising her PhD and working in the law office at her university. To suggest that both were rather forthright is an understatement. They match up in wit and intelligence, neither will back down from a good argument.
    Awesome characters with real and deep emotions draw you into this hot romance. The Callaghan’s are all entertaining siblings, and while this is a complete story with hea it definitely sits in the Callaghan Green series.

    Max is the eldest in the family of brilliant lawyers and he is the one that seems most cut off from ever having a relationship. It stems from his mothers death and his father falling apart so that he became a surrogate father to his siblings at seven. He is very closed off and has big issues with his father, thank god his father found Marie and married her. He meets the feisty Victoria when an administration error means she has taken his lecture room and he wants it back. There is an instant attraction and Vicky decides he needs loosening up which she is very successful at and they soon agree to be sort of friends and the great benefits thing. He is in awe of her and his alpha self knows no bounds. She has a vision though to lecture in America and when she gets offered a place he has no idea how to handle it. Good job his family are there to help. Loved this book.

    This is book three in this series, you don't need to read the others first but it's better for my blood pressure if you do because that's so much tidier.

    Anyway this is about Maxwell Callaghan, the oldest of a family of mostly lawyers. Max teaches at the local uni on the side, this is where he meets Victoria Davies, she works part time in admin and teaches history.

    I'm not going to say much more because it'll spoil your reading but their initial meeting made me laugh out loud as i work in education and have seen thisso often. The email conversation that follows made me chuckle especially the emojis. I loved their interaction and how Max's family and their friends and colleagues affect their story.

    I don't want to spoil the story so I'll not say much more but this book pulled me in, made me cry (only in one bit dont let that put you off) and then kept me, I was swirled up in their lives and spilled out at the end somewhat lime a beached whale. (I've not been out in the sun as much as you, don't judge me.)

    Anyway like i said this is book three which you can read first if you really want to just don't tell me if you do, books one, Engagement Rate and two, White Knight are great too.
