    Reid Maxwell is my favorite male character in the Dirty Rich series, and the reasons are all found in Lisa's latest release, Dirty Rich Obsession: All Mine. I admit, I have a weakness for stunningly sexy, alpha, overprotective males with a dark side just under the surface, fueled by a dark secret or two -- and Reid checks off all of those boxes. But it's his deep vulnerability - the fear that drives the beast inside - that really gets to me, in the best possible way. It makes Reid Maxwell unforgettable. And if "unforgettable" is what Lisa was going for when she created him, she nailed it with this sequel.

    The fact that he's met his match in his equally strong heroine, Carrie West, makes it all the more rewarding for the reader. Carrie is a powerhouse in her own right, and that's exactly what Reid's character needs to ground him, to force him to face and overcome his personal demons, and to grow into the man he is meant to be by the end of this story. Together, they are unstoppable. There is never a question of IF they will find their HEA - only a question of how, and at what cost. And that makes the story compelling enough to keep turning page after page.

    The story isn't perfect - but it's perfect enough. As an adrenaline junkie, I could have used a bit more mind-blowing, life-threatening suspense, but that's just me. There is plenty of tension to drive the story forward, and plenty of heat to fuel your deepest, darkest fantasies. And, as always, the secondary characters - from the Dirty Rich series and the Walker Security series - add depth, some humor, and a comfortable sense of familiarity that has made these stories so popular with her fans.

    Although Reid & Carrie's two-part story may be read as a standalone, I believe you will enjoy it even more by reading the other books in this series in order. If you don't want to do that, though, at least read Reese and Cat's two-part story, Dirty Rich One Night Stand and Dirty Rich One Night Stand: Two Years Later. It will give you a better understanding of two important secondary characters and save you from a spoiler I stumbled across because I got behind in my Dirty Rich reading over the holidays! So treat yourself, take your time, and your patience will be rewarded over and over again.

    I might never get enough of Reid, but I'm hoping for more of another character from this series - Reid's brother Gabe, whose story is yet to be told - and I hope I don't have to wait too long. I have a feeling he might be my next "new favorite" dirty-rich addiction.

    The end to their love story is Amazing and I mean Amazing in every aspect. When their story picks up they're in Japan closing the deal for the convention center for Grayson Bennett. Carrie's brother and father still don't like and do not trust Reid. Carrie and Reid form an unbreakable bond. That bond may bend a little because they have enemies coming at them from within their families and from outside. Reid made a lot of enemies building his company but we find out that he may be ruthless in the boardroom but when he loves you or even if he is your lawyer he will fight with everything he has for you
    Carrie has changed him in ways that his family see and love. Reid's past tries to come back to get him to break up him Carrie but she is strong, I am not saying she doesn't bend but she doesn't let it keep her from loving and trusting the man she fell in love with and is going to marry, at least that is what you hope. I loved this story. You would have never have gotten me to believe that I would love Reid but I did. I would recommend this number 7 of 8 of the Dirty Rich series and I have read them all and some others. Lisa Renee knows how to write a romantic story. Read this story. I recommend this book and this series and then try her other stories. I'm A Super Fan can't you tell.

    If you haven't read any of Lisa Renee Jones books, what are you waiting for, you are seriously missing out! She really knows how to do sexy romantic suspense with strong women and the caring, protective men who love them.

    Dirty Rich Obsession: All Mine, is part of an interconnected book world that began with the Tall Dark and Deadly series. These hot, steamy books about the Walker Brothers are what 1st drew me in and kept me there. You don't need to read anything but the previous book in this duet to enjoy the conclusion of this one but many of the characters from previous books continue their HEA's here as well as throughout the others mentioned.

    Carrie West and Reid Maxwell started out as board room enemies as she tries to hold on to her fathers company as Reid, ruthless shark attorney attempts to take it over. Let's just say the fireworks were hot and spectacular...Reid is controlling and gets what he wants, whoever gets in his way, lookout, he'll take you down fast.

    This book is set just after they give in to the obvious love that has captured both of them after all that drama has been conquered (has it though???) and become engaged. Now, as they try to plan for their HEA, enemies from the past , sadly and predictably, including both of their fathers who have hated each other for years, keep interfering and threatening trouble.

    The book keeps you on your toes as the suspenseful, twisting plot thickens, making you wonder, who really are the bad guys?

    Carrie and Reid..what a pair! I especially loved Reid's dark, dominate style, reading and anticipating Carrie's worries and making them his. Can we clone this gorgeous man? If only!

    The love story of Carrie and Reid continues, and this story picks up where Dirty Rich Obsession left off. Carrie and Reid are on their way to Tokyo and are happily engaged however they soon find out that not everyone shares that sentiment. When you throw in two vindictive fathers as well as people from their pasts who refuse to stay there you have a story filled with twists and suspense. The chemistry between them is hotter than ever but now they must work together to get rid of all those who want to thwart their plans for a happy ever after.

    This is not just an extended epilogue but a full story and all that entails. Not only do we get to catch up with Carrie and Reid but we also get to catch up with the other characters of this series which only makes it that much more fun as I can’t get enough of this series or this couple.
