4.5 out of 5 stars 114 ratings

It’s another twisty case for Eden Grey! Perfect for fans of Kate Morton, Dan Brown, Kate Mosse and Tom Harper.

Eden’s life is once more on the line…

Cheltenham, England, 1981

Twelve-year-old schoolboy, Adam Jones goes missing. Soon after, one of his best friends, Philip Wakefield is found dead in a suspected suicide.

Adam’s body is never found, but those closest to him are sure he is dead. Especially seeing as rumours have spread around the community of the young boys being abused by older men…

2016

35 years later, Adam Jones’s body is discovered hidden in an Iron Age burial site.

At the same time, Private Investigator Eden Grey is hired by Philip Wakefield’s mother to find out why flowers are suddenly appearing on Philip’s grave.

But the deaths of the two boys isn’t the only mystery hanging over Eden’s head.

Her old enemy has resurfaced and it seems her life might once more be in danger…

DEVIL’S CHIMNEY is the third book in the Eden Grey Mystery Series, dual timeline thrillers with a strong female lead.

I loved this story line and was caught up with it just as if I was there.
I can hardly wait for the next book by this author.

A very enjoyable read about a very terrible section of society. Being a parent and a grand parent I can't imagine harming a child in that manner. The author's d
epiction of the crimes struck an uncomfortable cord with me. This was worthwhile read.

Another good story in this series. It was a bit twisted!
I enjoyed the mystery and wonder where this series
is headed next. Looking forward to the next one

Eagerly awaited, the third book in the Eden Grey series is engaging from when you start to read, good plots and characters. I thoroughly enjoyed all three books. If you have not read any Kim Fleet books I wholeheartedly recommend all of them to you.

I felt loss and grief was a driving force for re writer. It was well written and told a story which is all too evident in society through all time.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a finale!

Some book series run too long and you think it should have ended already but are too invested to walk away. This has an ending, but I do hope it is not THE END, and that there will be more from Kim Fleet and 'Eden Grey'. Juggling a story across two timelines, with very different characters in those timelines, I imagine would be difficult. Then throw in history, mystery, relationship problems, friendships, grief and revenge. But Kim Fleet seems to do it effortlessly. I would recommend this trilogy, and hope it becomes more than a trilogy.

Thoroughly enjoyed all three books. Uncomfortable at times but well worth the time to read. A good storyteller which is what all good books should be. Recommend.
