What readers are saying about the Rex Dalton Series:

Sheila LS - Top Contributor. Can't Read This Series Fast Enough!! I had no idea these books were so good when I first started or I would not have already downloaded other Kindle Unlimited books... I haven't read any series as exciting as Ty Patterson's Warrior series until now.

You really need to start reading this series from the beginning because what happened to Rex in this first book is what made him the way he is. He is a very determined person and does not stop at anything to take down the bad guys--especially if they are terrorist or if it is a group that is funding terrorist. Even though this is his main mindset, he still wants to protect the innocent that inadvertently get in the way...

Texas - This author belongs on the same shelf as Ludlum and Follette and those other guys! My first read by this author and I couldn't put the book down! Mesmerized by the writing style, the vivid descriptions and the storylines, I read without stopping. Fast paced, action packed and interesting on several facets.

Margaret Bentley - I love reading about Rex Dalton's exploits, but my favorite character has to be Digger, his military-trained super-intelligent dog.

Greg D - Rex Dalton was the deadliest agent the government had at their disposal- a one-man unstoppable force in the war on terrorism in the Middle East. With his famous ability to pick up new languages with ease, he figures he can blend into almost any culture and root out evil. What could go wrong? Well, it turns out, plenty.

E. I. HOOD - I was not a fan of the first Rex Dalton book but plunged ahead with the second hoping JC Ryan would not disappoint. I loved it. Now here I am after reading the third book in this series. I had a hard time putting it down and found myself wondering about it when I was not reading.

40 year pioneer - Each book in this series gets even better. This has a fascinating, even though hard to fathom, plot, worked out in intricate detail. Rex Dalton is a mirror of all of us - overcoming seemingly overwhelming odds to achieve great things.

Kindle Customer - From a master storyteller comes another thrilling ride by Rex Dalton. From the sands of Afghanistan to the culture of India the story moves at a breathless pace. Thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

Kindle Customer - Rex Dalton rocks! Another great read from JC Ryan. I've read all of his books and am never disappointed! All I can say is....MORE!

After rescuing the kidnapped "Old Man" John Brandt, head of CRC in Arizona, USA, Digger and Rex Dalton return to Rome to work on Rex's acquaintance with Catia with ideas of raising it to new levels of romance!

They observe two women being pursued by three men, go to their rescue, overcome the men. Rex recognizes one of the women as Catia and the other woman as Sophia now with a new name Simone. Rex and Digger, Catia and Simone take off on two motorcycles owned by Catia and make their way to the luxury yacht TOMATS, gifted by Rex and owned by CRC. It is captained by Declan Spencer, a Navy Seal.

Through the Intel acquired through Sophie- Simone, Rex slowly unearths one of the most diabolical plans that will definitely start World War III. The plan involves the titular character Donna Teresa and her gang of villains, several Muslim leaders, two villains of Russian origin all spread out in the different parts of the world.

The part of the book that deals with the biographical information of Donna Teresa is extremely thrilling and keeps the readers glued to the book.

The clue by clue discovery of the most evil and hellish plot by the beautiful interactive work of the various intel agencies of countries such as US, France, Italy, Israel is entrancing and spellbinding.

The actions that take place in the different parts of the world that include the apprehending of the vilest of the criminals, thwarting their actions and culminating in the success of the mission to stop the most heinous plot on earth to kill millions and also start a world war will have to be read. I could not put the book down until I had read the last page. Even after that, I was in a daze ruminating over the different parts of the book.

Thank you for a different kind of a Digger- Rex adventure, Mr. Ryan! All the characters are delightful, but my vote goes to the eternally lovable Digger!

Another great REX & Digger story by J.C.Ryan. By chance a plot is discovered about a possible pending terrorist action that could change the world. Rex is pulled into the action with several from a number of countries friendly to the US. There is nonstop suspense as the many letter agencies work to avoid a colossal act of terrorism. The action takes place in several countries and is on the edge of your seat good reading.

I've read several in this series and have looked forward to Dalton and Digger's next adventure. Had I read this book before the others, I would not have gotten beyond Part II or read another book in this series. I skimmed the bulk of the history of the Italian crime families. Nothing was missed in the rest of the book. Not once did I have to go back to read what I skipped. It added nothing to the story. This book also seemed to have an excess of unnecessary words just to add to the word count. I hope the next is better.
