Dream Vacation: Dream Series, Book 8 Audible Audiobook – Unabridged

4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars 60 ratings

Thanks to her unique ability to step into other people's dreams, Dr. Sara Alderson has solved murders, unraveled conspiracies, and saved lives. But when a crisis hits close to home, even her supernatural gift might not be enough to avert disaster.

On a family vacation to Paris, Sara's 15-year-old daughter, Grace, disappears without a trace. The only way to find her is through Sara's dreams. But her gift has taken an unwanted vacation, and without it, Sara has no idea how to rescue Grace. In a foreign city, with no clues and her dreaming talent failing her for the first time, Sara must figure out another way to find Grace before it's too late.

Dream Vacation is the seventh audiobook of the Dream Doctor Mysteries.

After reading the first book in this series I immediately downloaded the remaining seven. I'm sad I just finished the final page of the last book currently out in the series. I'm already eagerly awaiting the next release to ser what's next in Sara and Brian's lives. I absolutely fell in love with Sara and her friends and family from the first pages I read. We first met her as a med student shocked to realize she's suddenly able to see other people's dreams. Through these dreams she's able to help people and sometimes solve horrible events going on around her. Similar in a way to the Patricia Arquette tv series "Medium" where patricias character had prophetic dreams. The main difference being in this book series the main character of Sara while dreaming finds she's a viewer in someone else's dreams. Almost like watching a film of someone's dreams...as long as she's met the person she can dream their dreams. Each book in this series is the next phase in her life. So from medical student through to having teens....I really cannot wait to see what's next. Each twist and turn in her life brings her and us closer to her friends and family. I will continue to cheer for her in each and every book.

The 8th book in the Dream series by J.J. DiBenedetto. A fast-paced, emotional, and enjoyable book.

I love this series. I have been going to the next book every time I finish one. This one was quite emotional but I loved it just as much as the rest.

I've been reading the entire series, I'm book 10 and they've all been delightful. It's an easy read, that pulls you into this families lives and it's got enough suspense to keep me reading.

I love the characters but this books was a little weak in the content area. I think it might be the last of the series if the plot is this thin in the future.

Very enjoyable continuation of the "Dream "books. Again written in the form of a diary there is a good story which includes an in depth route tour of Paris and its sights. The author has spent a lot of time researching his facts medically and geographically. A good tale on how to handle teenage girls.
Stand alone or part of the series its worth having in your library
