    When I read the first sentence, I thought, "Holy cow! What am I stepping in to?!" I mean, I know the title is Escort, but this girl is beyond that definition! So what did I do? Kept reading! At first, I wasn't sure how to rate this book. I wasn't crazy about it. It made me uncomfortable to envision the men, everyday men with families, and know this really happens. I will never look at the color pink in the same way! Kate puts it all out there. Her story flowed with emotions that strangled my heart. I wanted to smack Callie upside the head and scream, "Wake up! You're missing out on the real deal!" My heart broke for Tommy as he watched Cal leave, as he watched his love walk away.
    You go, Kate Benson! Keep writing and I can't wait until Book 2!

    I was suppose to receive an ARC but for some unknown reason my kindle was fighting me. So instead I bought it. I was not disappointed. The first scene is in your face and I loved it. You get Callie's background later in the story. Although I never discovered why Callie does what she does, I felt I didn't need to know. It's her way to deal with her issues,while helping others.Although she doesn't see what is right in front of her. Tommy 's support through all this and his understanding is what helps this story. He truly cares for her.
