    I have finished this series and let me just say that Bael is freaking hot. I don't know how they do it but the men in all these books are amazingly sexy. The books are great. They aren't filthy disgusting smut, they are classy and hot. C.N. Crawford really know how to write books. My fav author now. (Sorry Anne Rice) I would recommend any of C.N. Crawford's books to anyone. The stories really draw me in and keep me reading. It's hard to put the kindle down once I get started. I love how there is always some mystery that they don't just come right out and say in the beginning and then in the end all of it ties together. I would have absolutely never guessed how it would end for Ursula. This is very good writing. I love it.

    Like Caine and Ros, this series is great with lots of drama and action. Only thing I couldn’t figure out was if B was 10,000 years old or 20,000 because it goes back and forth throughout the books. I liked the surprise twists and would love to know if Kester and Zee get together.

    So, I feel like this series was amazing until about the last quarter of the third book.
    Then, everything sort of shifted.
    One, the Drake had been a certain way up until about 75% of the way through book four then wham, he changes to someone likable?
    Also, King Midas didn’t know who Ursula was when she finally faced him? That was way weird. Like didn’t the dragons destroy two major cities looking for her to bring before him? And then when she does face him, he’s surprised to learn who she was?
    Also, the white dragon. Somehow Ursula convinced her to get involved with things, facing a trauma to do so. Yet there really wasn’t much interaction. The white dragon didn’t owe Ursula anything and I didn’t even think she was convincing at all. Why the white dragon gets involved is weird.
    Then, for three and a half books, Ursula can’t access her memories at all, then magically, after one conversation with someone, suddenly she just accesses her memories? Almost without any difficulty? Seemed way too easy.
    It just seemed like things really started just getting tidied up to be able to finish the book for convenience purposes.
