Fireball and Fiascos is such a fitting title for this book, as there is a lot of Fireball Whisky and a lot of fiascos. I'm just going to jump in to what I absolutely loved about this book...Denae will crack you up. Shas a run of crazy bad luck after meeting Zane. All of her bad luck seems to happen in front of him. Luckily he likes her brand of crazy and rolls with the laughs. Zane is pretty spectacular. He puts up with so much from Denae and Harper...He understands and accepts Denae is pretty much a package deal with her flover, Harper.     This book has heart, love - both romantic and the best of friends kind, wit, and mystery that you may not see coming.

    This is my first Heather Rayne book, but it won't be my last. I enjoyed this book SOOOOOO much!

    Harper and Denae meet and become the true kind of best friends after bonding over the schmuck men in their lives. But things get rocky when they both find romance separately that will test their friendship bond. Zane is just scrumptous!

    Hilarious scenes - the fire escape is one of the true laugh out loud moments; alien head; a squirrel 27 floors up; true chocolate obsessions.

    This book was an unexpected delight to read and the love between Spin and Ace was a true treat!

    Thanks to GMB Promotions for this incredible read that I had to pre-order and purchase for myself!

    I absolutely loved this book! Fireball and Fiascos is the first book in a new series by Heather Rayne, the collaborative duo of Heather Guimond & Daryn Rayne. This romantic comedy made me laugh out loud so many times. Its over the top moments add to the hilariousness of the story.

    Harper and Denae first meet at a bar. As they talk, both realize they have more in common than they initially realized. Soon their friendship leads them to become roomies. These two flovers have a no holds barred relationship. When both women start dating new men they find themselves in one fiasco after another. This is a MUST read!!

    Denae and Harper meet at a totally bo-ring business function. Best friends at first sight. Cemented by the fact that the grabby handed cheating boss Denae was bitching about turns out to be the hubby of gorgeous blonde Harper. Any idiot too bind to appreciate someone as beautiful and spirited as Harper deserved to be humiliated - and she really was not joking when she said she would take him for all he was worth - a cold cash revenge, but the least of her due.

    The girls live a bit of a party lifestyle together for a while, with Harper living off her divorce settlement, and Denae starting work at a magazine owned by a friend of the family to Harper.

    But both suffered some self esteem loss at the hands of the cheating hubbies they had been with.

    Hilarious romp with bumps, bruises, and a small kitchen fire - two gals finding their way in the big city - and the best love they have is for each other as friends, no matter what man or man trouble crops up.

    Denae having a new man who is a PI leads to a bit of inadvertent revenge for Harper - and trouble on the home front for another cheater.

    A sneak peek for the next book in this series looks like more funny adventures of gal pals surviving the men that they love together.

    Love the girl power and the humor - and a couple hot marines!

    Heather Rayne has absolutely nailed it with this book.
    I was laughing so hard at times, from the beginning of the book right up until the end, there was never a dull moment.
    Certain scences are so relatable, like seriously we all have that one friend who can't commit. It's a book about two bestfriends who live together, their up's and downs, their relationships etc
    That cliffhanger at the end leaves you thinking what the hell!!
    I can't wait for next book!

    Fireball and Fiascos is a fun, light hearted read. It centers around friends Denae and Harper and the romantic escapades they get up too.

    I liked these characters, especially Zane. He is the calm and stability in the wild storm created by Denae. The relationship between Harper and Denae has just as much page time as Harper and her love interest Zane. Their friendship is full of banter and wild expeditions.

    This is a comedy, but I found some of the situations a little too farfetched. The comedy would have had more of an impact, in my opinion, if there were not as many over the top episodes. Denae often talks directly to the reader, generally I don't mind this writing style, but again, less is often more. The story, in between the OTT segments, is somewhat slow and a little predictable.

    I would recommend Fireball and Fiascos to those looking for a little light hearted, naughty reading material. I would like to read book 2 in the series, to see how these characters survive!

    A friendship with no boundaries; Laugh out loud fun; Romance and heartbreak make this a great story to read. Danae and Harper are best friends like none other. They have each other, s back and are wacky, fun and crazy: they both meet men who they believe are the ones. Turns out Harper’s man is less than. Danae hits the jackpot with Zane. He falls for her crazy. He has to adjust to the relationship she has with Harper plus her calamity filled life. It’s a fun ride with some drama. It does leave you with an interesting twist for a new story. Looking forward to that one too.

    This was a wonderful debut collaboration by two very talented authors. This is the story of two women, Harper and Denae. One from a world of privilege the other from the school of hard knocks. They're brought together by a mutual acquaintance and end building a unique friendship. This book is laugh out loud funny and filled with so many cringe worthy moments. The characters are so down to earth and relatable that you feel like you want to crawl inside to hang out with them. This hilarious 5 Star must read will leave you anxiously awaiting the next book in this series.
