Ann Simas lives in Oregon, but she is a Colorado girl at heart, having grown up in the Rocky Mountains. She has been an avid reader since childhood and penned her first fiction "book" in high school. She particularly likes to write mystery/suspense/thriller with a love story and paranormal or supernatural elements. She is a three-time RWA Golden Heart Finalist. Simas currently has 42 books in print. All are available in both paperback and in ebook format.

An award-winning watercolorist and a budding photographer, Ann also enjoys needlework and gardening in her spare time. She is her family's "genealogist" and has been blessed with the opportunity to conduct first-hand research in Italy for both her writing and her family tree. The genealogy research from decade's old documents in Italian, she says, has been a supreme but gratifying challenge.

    Another great book in the Grace Gabbiano “to Die” series. Ann Simas has really put Coburg Oregon on the literary map. Keep up the great work Ann. This book though is though PG13 to R for language.

    I'm done The last 2 books have thrown UFO 's into the story and I don't do aliens. Really liked the first 5 books but can't do this new subplot.

    Praying to Die is yet another success in the author's series.
    Although not my favorite in the series, nevertheless it's a story that gets it's hooks into you and never let's go.
    I can't wait to read the next book!
