The second book is great. Character development is great and I agree that they should be read in order. Great plot line and can't wait to read number 3. Since all I want to do is read, read, read...I'm glad I'm traveling and bought all the books at one time. Even better, they are so entertaining and I want to finish them at one sitting!

Lin meets a girl outside where Viv was singing. Later she sees girl's ghost in glass door. Lin and Viv figure out who she is and try to find her. Then her boyfriend is found murdered. Good story didn't have a clue who committed murder.

this is the second book of the series and it was great, the characters are still great, the plot is still great and the mystery is still great and Lin is still learning about herself and her ability. Luckily she has her special ghost to protect her when she finds herself in trouble.....the good part about this series that it is clean yes there is a murder but it is not gory and so far it has already been committed, you just read about it, but it is a nice series to read and I would recommend to read it.

J.A. Whiting writes with humor and a clever plot. Her protagonist's ability to see and react to ghosts makes for interesting plot twists. Until I read her books (4 in this series so far), I knew nothing about Nantucket Island or it's history. I love the location, the people, and the spirits Carolin encounters I'm looking forward to the next installment. The books don't need to be read in order, but I read them that way. If you like mystery, humor, and surprises, this is the series for you.

Interesting setting, pleasant characters, light murder if there can be such a thing—reminds me of Nancy Drew mysteries. I’m doing jury duty now, pretty intense, so this series is perfect summer reading. Enjoy!
