I like these stories. Always a good mystery to unravel. I'm just curious why the ghosts never speak to Lin? I guess it adds to the mystery. I know it's listed as a "cozy mystery" but sometimes I'd like to see more spooky stuff going on. Things aren't so easily explained with the paranormal. That said, I like the characters. They are believable and it makes me want to visit Nantucket. A good read overall.

This author has written another home run series. I’m truly not sure which one I like best except that I’m a horse lover so her Tipperary Carriage series totally speaks to me. I can’t wait to dig into the rest of this series and can only hope to get another installment in the Tipperary series.

Jeff gets a job working on restoring the lighthouse buildings and he tells Lin that Kurt asks if she world do the landscaping at the site. She sees a ghost on the lighthouse tower. She later sees another ghost a female who is soaking wet then this ghost helps to save her group from a raging storm by leading them to shelter. It helps that Jeff now knows about her seeing ghosts and helping find peace. A good story and characters.

As always a good story with a refreshing background. Always makes me feel like I would like one of those houses overlooking the ocean - not the ghosts though. Still, they are interesting and have interesting stories.

Seems to be getting harder to just find "that" book to spend the evening with. This story line is (and I am being serious here) one that has never disappointed. The characters remain true from the first reading; and, yes, there are 'spirits ' brought into the story in such believable style you not only enjoy them, you welcome them. Well, guess you can tell I liked the story ... I did; now, about the next one ....

5.0 out of 5 stars A tragic love affair or an obsession or is it a mix of the two?

Great read. Renovating a lighthouse leads our heroine into a tale of murder, a lover story, broken hearts and minds. Who is jeopardising the renovations by under hand dealings that lead to injury and might end in death. A tragic triangle of love that spans years seems to be the answer. Can she and her cousin dig into the past so that today's culprit is stopped. Great plot with a slightly obvious culprit but one that will keep you reading until the end. The characters are just getting better and better with our two couples now firmly entrenched and into her gift of seeing ghosts.
