This may be the first book in the Lost Corisis but I love how we get the full Corisis and Romano family. I love how they are such a close family they are and Dominic hasn't changed even when it comes to his daughter Judy. Teagan is super smart and has her own secrets that I cannot wait for you to find out about. I love the pull between Teagan and Gian. There is something about them that just seems so effortless, sweet and passionate. The family secrets play a big role in this one and once you find that out then you wonder if Teagan and Gian can make it through as they find new members of the Corisis family. I love Gian's career choice. He will have you fanning yourself over and over again. Teagan and Gian are just perfect together and you really need to meet them.

I still don't k ow what began the previous series. I think it would be awesome if I had started from the beginning. I would be able to get the references that were made better. Enjoy. 🌻🥂

    This is interestingly...mature characters. It is a bit much, as there is just sooo many of them it's hard to keep track. Gian and T are not your usual toxic MCs. It's a cool story but I feel like I was thrown in the middle of a season and I needed to catch up as the season moved forward instead of starting fresh.

    He said always, Gian was always the more sensitive man of the family. His life wasn’t easy, but financially he. Outdoor have just about anything. He was adopted by his mother’s sister and husband, so really he cousins were his brothers. But his father was an evil man, though he was no longer living, his evil history lived on in the family. He was also the brother to Dominic Corisis the wealthy billionaire and known for being ruthless, really only in business. Anyway Gian challenged his niece Judy to help find lost family members. When he went to find them he met Teagan and instantly fell in love. Teagan was a genius and was working on a private project that she shared with no one. So she was always worried about who to trust. But Gian and Her were so attracted to one another, they were always together. Nice story loved it. I really hope Kal has a story.

    Nice to be back with Ruth and all thr families. The younger brother, Gian indirectly meets Teagan while he trying to locate his missing twin brother and sister. But they are more direct siblings to Dominic Corisi through their father Alesandro. Teagan has secrets she is reluctant to share with anyone as she has trust issues. But all works out in the end.

    At times the story was hard work and definitely not as engaging as other books by the author, but I persisted although did skim some paragraphs and did enjoy most of it. Teagan and Gian are great characters, who are perfect with each other and able to be themselves with each other. The story touches on issues around domestic abuse and the far reaching consequences it can produce. Family relationships are a key theme with Gian's dad providing great advice. I suspect many could benefit from some of the advice given throughout the book.
    There is a complex family tree involved, which may make more sense if you've read other Corisis stories , although you can still understand it if like me you haven't. I may consider other in the two series, as most of the characters were interesting.
