Steve Rodgers' career has led him from branch manager to the CEO of a Warren Buffett company to then setting off on his own as a bestselling author, international keynote speaker, and in-demand business & purpose-driven consultant.

Serving as the CEO and President of Prudential California Realty, his inspiration and leadership helped ignite phenomenal growth and success. He overcame challenges that I used to face with alcohol which took away my focus making it very relatable because I understood what that challenge did was distracted us from higher meaning.
