About the Author

Bobby Mehdwan's had a 25-year career in blue-chip corporate management, coaching individuals and implementing change projects in perhaps a hundred companies in several industries all over the world. He's seen the best of the best do what they're excellent at on countless production floors, office floors, in office networks and in boardrooms. In the process, he's won and lost many corporate battles and learnt many strategies on exactly what creates impact in the workplace. Around the middle of his career, Bobby decided to make impact a big part of his personal development, wanting to know if there was a way to codify and replicate what the best of the best do naturally in order to elevate impact. Over the years, he found snippets and bit-parts of disconnected learning, but couldn't find a single place where it all came together. So, he made it his challenge to piece together one simple, all-encompassing system for everything he needed to know. From observation, systematic learning and practice, and by teaching others he's pulled together impact strategies you can use to significant effect. Bobby's also a Master of Science and Bachelor of Engineering.
