- Reviewed in the United States on April 22, 2018Kenny shares 20+ years of his management experiences in Silicon Valley's multi-national corporations. From the title, the book aims to educate the Japanese leaders. I find that this book also offers the insight to people who work with Japanese organizations, that could be struggling with a culturally diverse workforce and clients outside of Japan.
