You'll get much stronger about life and how to deal with it. I have been reading channeled books for over (50) years now, and I must say the books by Gina Lake are very good, and truly worth reading. Her books by Jesus are more softer, then for instance, (The Course In Miracles). I own all of her books and for an old soul; I think I am; I always come away a bit wiser after reading one of her books by Jesus.

    I attend the online group where Gina Lake and Nirmala offer Christ Consciousness transmissions and a weekly channeling from Jesus, which became the teachings in this book.
