    This series as a whole is amazing, and I can’t decide if I loved this book more than Giorgio or not, I think it may be tied as my favorite in the series so far. I loved Leo and Ezra’s relationship, they just fit and complimented eachother so well. I also love the action in this book and that Ezra also got the chance to play hero as well when it was primarily Leo in that role. Leo like many of the men in the series was a bit alpha and controlling, but it was in a sweeter way than some of the other more dominate men of the series. And the chemistry between these two was hot like fire. I can’t say enough how much I’m enjoying this series, and this book was no exception.

    I’ve been loving the Vigilance series and the sexy times in Leo and Ezra’s story are not to be missed. I loved the strong alpha dominance of Leo and the submissive, yet strong side of Ezra. Together their chemistry was super hot and had me turning the pages for more. Their story had less Vigilance action than previous books, but the excitement was still there. I enjoyed their relationship development. As always it was great getting glimpses of the rest of the Vigilance guys, as well as Marchesi’s. I loved getting to know more about X, and I freely admit I’ve been eager for his story for a long time!

    Leo had just entered his favorite place for breakfast, Bacon Bakin’. He and Cathy, the owner, were friends. Her nephew, Ezra, had just left college before completing his final year and was now working as a waiter. Ezra could not keep his eyes off of Leo. He was the hottest man he had ever seen. He was taking a glass of water over to Leo’s table when he tripped and fell against the table, spilling water all over the table and seat. Leo had jumped up, so he did not get wet. That started a pattern. Every time from then on Ezra went to wait on Leo when he would come in, he would stammer, forget something, drop something or trip. He had the biggest crush on Leo. Leo would not admit it, but he couldn’t take his eyes off of Ezra, either.

    Some months after their first meeting, Leo needed to hire a new receptionist. His former receptionist had betrayed him and the other members of Vigilance by sharing information that he had gotten by listening in to conversations held in private back rooms at Leo’s tattoo shop. Leo had taken care of him after getting every bit of information out of him. His two colleagues at Vigilance encouraged him to hire Ezra, so he offered the job to him, hoping that he could resist the beautiful young man. That might be too tall of an order.

Both MCs were likable and the BDSM elements made more sense for these characters when compared to book 1 (book 2 required BDSM but it didn’t really fit the MCs). Good amount of action. Could be read as a standalone but better if you’ve read books 1 and 2 of Vigilance (part of the Marchesi world but I haven’t read any of those books).

    Ezra was just too needy, omg!! He had just met Leo and was a already thinking of spending his life with him. Come on, they spent no time getting to know each other. Leo, although sexy and dangerous, tells Ezra all about Vigilance..a secret organization! I love Silvia's work, and I love this series, but this one seemed too rushed to me and didn't flow well.

    Ezra was a clumsy twenty-two year old who had a crush on Leo. Leo needed a receptionist when his previous employee was working with Vigilance enemy and betrayed the group. Leo fought his attraction for Ezra until he witnessed Leo killing a man. Leo knew the Ezra was in trouble so he became his protector. When Leo and Giorgio went on their mission to get their enemy Swain, they were betrayed again and was captured by Swain. Niall was protecting Ezra but had to take him with him on the mission to rescue Leo and Giorgio. Ezra distracted Swain and Leo broke Swain neck and Ezra shot Swain goon in the heart. Great story with a beautiful HEA.

    This is the 3rd book in the Vigilance series and this time it's about Leo - ex CIA and a member of Vigilance and Ezra a sweet young man who works in his aunt's cafe. Ezra ends up working for Leo as his receptionist as the last one Leo had to "take care of" after learning he was a spy. As a result Ezra ends up in the middle of plot to bring Swain down. Ezra proved to be Leo's equal when he takes part in rescue of Leo and Giorgio. The banter between all the members of Vigilance was as good as always. Really looking forward to X's book and finding out who he really is.
