- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2019Lifemapping is a book that provides a clear process if you are starting down a new path in life, need support for the path you are on or not quite sure what path you need to take. It helped me to focus and get clarification on a new path I had already started down. Lifemapping is about head, heart and spirit coming together to guide you toward the life you want in incremental doable steps. And, it challenges you to step out of your comfort zone and take risks to get where youwant to get. It's a must read.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 7, 2023I found this book beneficial as I worked through a personal SWOT analysis of my life. The readings/chapters worked as prompts or guides for journaling and self-reflection. Please read this book and attend the life mapping workshop. I have had the opportunity to benefit from Moss-Gransberry's coaching and sage advice with positive results. You have to put the work in.
Be blessed on your journey of renewed self-awareness.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 12, 2020Setting goals works - but it works better when there’s a road map from here to there, and a clear understanding of motivation.
Everyone is unique, every set of challenges is different, and every “why” is one-of-a-kind, so I really enjoy a goal-setting book that explores this fact.
No two readers are alike, we all want and need different things. Monika draws from her rich experience training people from all walks of life to share how each of us can get to the unique place each of us want to go.
One of my favorite exercises was a simple one, describing a perfect morning. From this, Ms. Moss-Gransberry had me identify the things which made the morning perfect, then walk me through the process of how this helps me identify and articulate my goals, and ultimately design the map to get there.
My mom always said you can eat an elephant but you have to do it one bite at a time. Monika walked me through how big those bites should be, which order they should be taken, and how long to give myself in the process (yes, I’m really beating that metaphor).
In any case, that which looked impossible appeared plausible, then actually achievable.
This was excellent.
