Lucy once again has written amazing follow up stories for The Marians. I loved the way she included little snipetts of the guys from some of the books and gave us an insight into their lives. I highly recommend this series to everyone. Congratulations Lucy on a a brilliant book.

    Made Marian Mixtape is an absolute must have for fans of this series. And if you're looking at book nine, then it's probably a safe bet you are one! No need to hesitate, you'll love this installment too. It has several short stories which either give us a behind the scenes look at things we didn't see before, an alternative scenario in one instance (lol), and checking in and getting some updates on the family that has stolen our hearts. But there's also a really wonderful fuller length (but still short) story about a character we were only just introduced to near the end of the series, and it's absolutely heart-warming and perfect and just another Marian to take up residence in our hearts. It's sweet, fun, adorable, insightful, and as always sexy =) I was not disappointed in this collection of stories and I can't imagine anyone who's loved this story would be either. It was just everything that the previous stories have been and it was truly wonderful to check-in and catch-up with the men/family that have lived in my heart for the past couple of years.

    Do I recommend Made Marion Mixtape? absolutely
    Would I re-read it? Yes, definitely and it makes me want to do yet another re-read of the whole series
    Are there scenes that replay in my mind or fuel other daydreams/fantasies? lol that'd be a big yes!

    Good little collection of Marian shorts. I adore this series with this family so it is always nice to see what they are up to and any chance to spend more time with the couples I take.
    It was neat to see part of Tilly's story too. Still not sure I'm over her giving up her kid. That takes away from her whole vibe.
    It was nice seeing Simone in love. She deserved it.
    I also really really like Ammon's and Mark's story. I wish it could be expanded upon because there is more there that needs to be explored. I mean Ammon's background is something that shouldn't be brushed over for a HEA. It needs more diving into. Same for Gideon.
    Overall an enjoyable read.

    This told a few more of the stories, these are short love stories of what happened to Marian family and friends. I did not review every book because they were all so amazing! The way Lucy told not 1 or 2 B/L stories but many and with meaning by having the Marian Family run a shelter for homeless teenagers of the LGBTQ community. They had men who extracted kids from terrible situations such as Gay Conversion Therapy. I really enjoyed reading every book and story from the Marian series and am looking forward to the Wilde series. I had wished Lucy could have gone added even more characters even for short side stories. I cannot recommend this series enough. Once you start, you will not be able to stop. Thanks for the happy reading I have had! :)

    All chapters are written in first person POV and most of the short stories contain multiple chapters with dual first person POV. Some stories contain sexy times but not all. There’s a little humor in each. This is not a standalone - some stories are updates from the Marian family that already had books and a couple others are from newer characters (Ammon has his own longer story and we finally get the full Tilly baby story). The timelines are a little wonky but not too bad. I do wish that we were given a timeline before the story instead of at the end of the book.
