With the assistance of my chaotic crew, we are going to stop this darkness before it consumes those we care about.

But everything comes at a cost because when you work with magic, nothing is predictable.

    Malicious Midpoint is an excellent continuation of the Demon Magic series. I definitely should have reread the first two books since there were a lot of returning characters and some references to the previous storylines. Other than being lost that way, I LOVED IT!
    The banter and zaniness I've come to expect from this author are back in full force. There are serious moments, but I wasn't allowed to become bogged down in those.
    These are all well-developed characters, both good guys and bad guys. Or partially good. Or partially bad. Huh. What I meant to say before that got away from me was that the author takes care with all the characters and gives them depth and the option to be who they choose to be, not some preset idea lacking dimension.
    The storyline kept my attention, and the secondary characters played their parts well, keeping the story flowing and colorful.
    I continue to enjoy the relationship between Miles and Havok. I love the snark and wit they treat each other to, and their emotional and physical connection remains strong.
    I appreciate the cliffhanger leading to the next book. It looks like it will be more crazy times for the guys. I will be reading that one when it comes out.
    I enjoyed this book and look forward to more from this author.

    I really liked the characters and a lot of the action and zany humor I would give it more stars but there is too much focus spent on the gay porn aspect-series is good enough to overlook and I usually just roll my eyes and skip over it. I will continue reading and just skip past all that filler crap and I will finish the book faster. I have dropped many other authors for putting in the explicit gay porn but in this series at least there is enough action and good character development to overlook.

    So after all the struggles they went through in the first two books, working to defeat Geoff, it seems that it was too good to be true. Miles, Havoc, Menace, and our intrepid band of friends are once again pulled into magical chaos when old enemies re-emerge and this time they are after Menace. I absolutely love how detailed the world building and character developments are and I'm completely addicted to this series. I feel like the ending sort of set up and implied future books and I'm really happy that there may be more on the horizon. I'm not ready to leave this world just yet.     Wherever Miles goes he has his magic, his demon lover Havoc and Menace, his dragon familiar who most of the time is a cat with murder mittens.
    And with supporting carachters as Lachlan the centaur, Marco the narcissistic angel, Leo, Etienne and Sam and his "don't like to wear clothes " demon Iya it's bound to get crazy.
    I love Miles and Havocs banter and how Miles like to get Havoc all riled up. And I was snorting loudly more than once while reading. A great book and I just want more!

    Ugh, I both loved and hated this! Havoc and Miles are my favorite, I loved the first and second books so much. This 3rd chapter does not disappoint, it’s full of funny antics, witty banter, friendship and love. You should definitely read the whole series.

    But it ends leaving me wanting more more more! It’s not a cliff hanger exactly, but some threads are left untied and I like things done up in a nice pretty bow. Fingers crossed there’s another book coming soon. Dare I even hope for later this year? Please don’t leave us hanging for more than that, [dramatically] I might not survive!

    This is a paranormal romance, the third in a series that must be read in order! I sincerely cannot get enough of these two main characters with their snarky humor and magical mayhem. This is a continuation of the story from books 1 & 2 involving the same couple and most of the same cast of characters. You would think they should be ready to settle into their HEA but they must save the magical world once more; it’s left on a little bit of a cliffhanger but it’s a HFN kind of setting.
