All 3 e-books in one complete set
MESSAGE in the BONES:
Long-buried bones have secrets to share – if you know how to read the message
Freak is a nasty word, but many people in this small town have no trouble calling me a freak, or worse. The night my father was murdered and I was left for dead, I awoke with the ability to “sense” things. Touching certain items often gives me visions, sometimes horrifying ones. Most people here are afraid of that kind of thing - afraid of me.
Especially my brother, Dustin. As head detective of the River Bend police department, he’d rather pretend I don’t exist than believe in my gift. When he finds the long-buried bones of a murder victim, his only hope for answers is to ask me for help. He's not happy about it, but his handsome partner, Lucas calls me anyway.
I normally hide my abilities from people, but the mysterious skeleton has a story that needs told. When I touch the bones, I see what happened to her, live through her murder. The vision changes me - changes everything.
But no one wants to believe what I saw. Instead of a helpful hero, I become even more of an outcast in my small town. The only person who truly believes is the one man who knows the truth of my visions - the killer – and he’s desperate to keep his secrets buried.
Now he hunts a new prey – me. I don’t need psychic powers to know he’s right behind me – closing in – about to strike.
MESSAGE in the FIRE:
Psychic visions are tricky things - especially from a woman in a coma
I find the murdered woman crumpled under a tree. Blood stains her back and her hands are bound. If I touch her, my psychic abilities will show me what happened to her. But I’ve lived through murders before and the visions leave scars. Fighting my fear, I touch her – and only see four names – Addlynn Jeanette Claire Margaret.
The unmistakable cry of a newborn infant shatters the calm of the woods. Her body is wrapped around the tiny boy, impossibly small and fragile. I scoop up the screaming infant, and the woman moves to protect her son. She’s alive.
Alive, but in a coma - a complete mystery. The detectives, my brother and his handsome partner, desperately need information. I’m the only one who can communicate with the woman. Touching her hand in the hospital provides only snippets of her life. Terrifying snippets, like how she got the scar burned into the palm of her hand.
Visions are tricky things. The details float like smoke - lost in the haze. I can’t tell what she’s running from, but the woman’s terror burns inside me. I will find out who hurt her, and I won’t stop until I bring them to a fiery end.
MESSAGE in the GRAVE:
The darker the secret, the harder it is to keep buried
I’m finally accepting that my psychic talents serve a purpose, that I can use them to help people. But two mysteries plague me. What happened to my good friend Lucas’ sister after she disappeared then years ago?
And if my father was murdered when I was young, why do I keep seeing him?
When I find the long-buried remains of Lucas’ sister, her murdered body only opens more questions. There is an evil lurking in my small town. An evil so close that I can’t trust anyone. An evil so well hidden that even my special abilities can’t see it.
As more people are murdered, I must keep digging for the truth - The truth that might tear my family apart - The truth we all must face.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 29, 2025I love that you get to know the characters so well, without an excessive amount of scenic description! Truly, a great read!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2023This is one of those series you can't put down. I think my favorite new saying is "crap on a cracker". There are a lot of twists and turns. The only complaint I have is there are so many typos. I selected several for review, but eventually just gave up and read through them.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 2, 2024This is not your cozy mystery! This book is on the lines of Charlaine Harris Harper Connelly series. Interesting, creepy, leaves you wanting more .
- Reviewed in the United States on October 29, 2023Great read. Couldn't put it down and the touch of romance was a nice break in the shadow of the death and mystery
