    I really did not think I would like book-1, much less book-2. Now after book-3!!!! I loved all three!!!! Excellent story.... Just when I thought I had it all figured out...I was sooo wrong... All three were great stories. All strong characters. Each story drew me in from page one - in all three. Must read stories. Yes a 5 star!!!

    What an amazing ending to this series that has led us through not only romance but a mystery gone cold for decades!

    Caro has been the center of the hunt for why Margo Starks really left her life years sixty years ago. She’s pulled everyone around her into the quagmire of the mystery she finds herself unable to let go of. Now, she’s got Sean Feeney on her side and things are really starting to heat up!

    Sean, an FBI agent newly transferred to New York, hasn’t been able to get Caro out of his mind since their coffee date months ago. He’s ready to do something about it, but with the woman of his dreams also comes the danger that delving into Margo’s past will stir up.

    ”Everything I knew about human nature said that Caro would actually be worth fighting for—smart and sharp but still with a softness about her that came from inner strength, a willingness to care about people and treat them well that’s all too rare in this world.”

    Caro is a fiery, independent woman, who isn’t afraid to say what she wants. And she wants Sean. I loved that she could be who she was without losing herself to the man she was falling in love with. Sean is a protective hero who wants to shelter her but recognizes that that’s not what she needs. In order to keep her safe, he inserts himself into her “little hobby” and soon finds himself neck deep in a mystery he thought was so cold as to be frozen. His willingness to dig in rather than maneuver Caro into other directions made me love him more. And their chemistry literally steams across the pages, so real and vital that I often felt like a voyeur…and loved it.

    ”With a rueful twitch at the corners of his mouth, he said, “you’re standing there. Right in front of me. Breathing. That’s all you have to do and you know it.”

    This couple were made for each other. There isn’t any relationship angst as they both move forward building something that would last a lifetime all while trying to right the wrongs of not only the past but those that could affect the future. Margo’s mystery definitely takes center stage in this installment of the series. And it just felt right because it’s been in the background through the previous books. I was gob smacked several times as clues were revealed and then left breathless as the villains came out to play.

    I was totally invested in everything about this story. The writing flowed to such a degree that I’d find myself deeper into the book than I expected when I began, the pace smooth and never bogging down causing me to skim. With the combined beauty and steam of Caro and Sean mixed with the constant hunt for clues this made for a book that I didn’t want to set aside.

    A stunning conclusion to a captivating series, by Josie Litton. "Obsess," is the third and finale book of the Arcadia series, a triad of standalone romance/mystery, that features three separate couples, with a cold case, threading throughout. Caro and Sean begin their romance, but an unsolved mystery - a long-gone, cold case, consumes Caro, and Sean can't help but to be draw into the mystery, right along with her. The best of both worlds, for me. An intensely passionate romance, and a decades old mystery, suddenly springs to life. Find a quiet corner, and put up the "Do Not Disturb," sign! It's just THAT engrossing. Expect suspense, intrigue, danger, high emotion, shocking moments, surprises, and passion. Oh, my, the passion! An amazing story, told by a phenomenal storyteller. I received this book as an ARC from Josie Litton, and I volunteered this review.

    Well what can I say....WOW Obscess knocked it out of the park! What a way to end the series AMAZING!!!!!!

    This book has it all murder, mystery, danger,suspense,high power politics,sizzling romance.

    Decades old murder mystery is still just as dangerous and deadly as if it happened yesterday. A powerful political family not willing to let it go will stop at nothing to get revenge.
    Caro who is fierce, feisty, stubborn, spitfire is obsessed with all things Margo Stark and is determined to find out what happened to her no matter the danger.
    Sean who is a FBI agent assigned to the case. They are in a new relationship and wants to protect her but she's not backing down. They are bound to butt heads,can they survive the danger ahead and come out on top? Don't miss out on this wonderful series.

    I thought it was a good book and continues talking about the mystery of the Arcadia. The series itself was more focused on light romance and mystery, as opposed to the dark and sensual ones like Chosen, Gemma, or His Lordship's downfall. There is a real ease to Caro and Sean's relationship, in that there doesn't seem to be any ups and down (too predictable perhaps).

    An unexpected conclusion to the Arcadia series. I had no idea the Margo Stark mystery would take on a life of its own. The heat was scorching from the first page. The mystery made an excellent focal point for this book. The Author's attention to detail keeps the reader guessing until the last chapter. That final moment when it all clicks and leaves you dizzy is awesome! This book ticked all my boxes for a hot steamy mystery. A must-read for crime drama and hot love story fans.
