    OTT ALPHA DAVID TAYLOR is back. Just when their erotic love story was speed-fast and over the top insta-love, sexy and possessive... J.C. turned this into a series. I loved PLAYING FOR KEEPS and didn't think she could top my ORIGINAL Stalker...I'm wrong. The possession David has over Austin is very over the top and I love it. This relationship is exactly what Austin needs. What David needs. Their story is perfect for them. You learn more about Austin's and David's past. And you love them even more as they learn more about each other. They still push the limit, but they now know when they've went to far.

    I was excited when the author announced she was giving us more David Taylor. Loved the first book and was happy we were getting more! Although I did like this book I didn't quite love it as much as the first. :/

    What bugged me was Austin's attitude towards mostly everything. She kept changing her mind I felt bad for David. I get that she had triggers and all but I don't think she tried as hard as David did to make things work between them.

    David was still crazy, obsessive, OTP alpha that I loved! Was he too much sometimes? Yes. But his fierce love for Austin was adorable and I wanted to get inside the book to hug him. He tries to control himself and let her have a bit of freedom but they both still have insecurities that they need to work on.

    I am definitely looking forward to the third book and continue with David and Austin on their journey to a HEA :)

I am so glad I finally got to read more of David and Austin as they continue on in their crazy sexy and obsessive relationship!! They are both so hot and sexy and really do love each other so much!     Ever read a book and wonder that there might be some underlying issue in your psyche that would explain your enjoyment of that story? Because on a technical reality viewpoint this was the perfect example of over the top Co dependency at its finest. Do I care? Absolutely negative. I love everything about David Taylor. From his overbearing, Jealous, possessive, Controlling and insecure self. To his ultra sexual personality. Stalker much? Yep but I wanted more more more. For some reason Austin and David worked in a pretty F'd up way. I honestly had nothing but tingles the whole time. I only had a few moments of wtf and that was related to personal preferences regarding <spoiler> public sex.. Which in this case was the heroines kink and what made me not absolutely disgusted by it was that I know David didn't want anyone seeing his woman. </spoiler>
    So might mean I'm a little on the deranged side.. But whatever.. I'd still take a loyal, bossy and devoted David Taylor over a damaged hero who screws others to deal with his love for the heroine as some of the disgusting stories that are being pushed our way claiming to be romance. Gag..
    No gimme more #PerfectHero and #SafeRead love stories.. And I'll submit just like Austin did for David.

    Can't wait for the next installment and I pray that this author keeps these 2 completely loyal and true. No matter what and a little brown haired baby David or sweet baby girl would be perfect to see this amazing caveman even more everything that he is.

    I firstly have to say that I want a Man like David! I really do love this series and I can’t wait for the next book! I find Austin and David’s relationship cute and of course steamy!     Austin is the type of woman to keep to herself, she has a rough past and is the type of women that has a layer of ice around her heart, and she can be as cold as ice when she wants to be! She is also the type of woman that can hold her own but prefers the security and safety of David.

    David is demanding and has stalker tendencies. Only because he loves Austin with all his heart. David also had a rough childhood and I guess that’s where some of his insecurities come/stem from?

    David Taylor is one of the sexiest male characters I have read but also the sweetest. His love for Austin makes my heart melt.

    I could read playing for keeps and playing for love over and over again and never get bored. Its one of them series I will never stop loving.

    The 1st in the series Playing for Keeps was one of my fave books of 2015!
    I read it in one (very long) night...woke up re read it, and have read it again a few times since.
    So obviously I've been eagerly awaiting this book, and although I didn't find it as good as the first...I still loved it.
    David **swoons**....OMG...Mr Taylor!! I loved him more and more throughout the story, he's an absolute darling!
    Austin....ok so first book I liked her...but this book hhmmmm.....she did piss me off a little. Her bratty, bitchy attitude pissed me off more and more the further I read....but their love story and David's character is more than enough to outweigh my growing dislike of Austin's character to award this book any less than a 5 star review!!
    Very much looking forward to the next book in series.
