Review
★★★★★ "...Dianna Hardy has penned a fantastic Urban Fantasy Series; a truly unique twist on Werewolves and the beliefs and mythology behind them. It has been such a joy to explore this world, which feels so real to me that I would expect to find these dynamic and wonderful characters in Surrey. I have loved every minute of this intense and thrilling journey." - Elizabeth Morgan, paranormal romance author.
★★★★★ "One minute I would be burning those pages flipping and flipping and then the next I would be like no, no, no because I knew it was the last book and I didn't want to see it end." - Nancy at The Avid Reader.
From the Author
Readers: please note that although this series deals with romance, it is not written to be a standard romance. Its focus is on the theme of man vs. beast, and higher consciousness vs. baser needs.

About the author

Dianna Hardy is an author of cross-genre fantasy fiction, most notable for her explicit-yet-soulful, dark-yet-light style, and the raw, intense Eye of the Storm werewolf series. But her heart-warming Once Times Thrice series proves she can weave her way through contemporary romantic fiction as well as fantasy.
She loves to bring you stories that are action-packed, fast-paced and not short of heat, with the focus on character development, relationship dynamics, and the plot. She writes full-length novels and short fiction.
Since 2012, a number of her books have reached the top 30 of the Fantasy, Romance, and Horror charts on Kindle and Apple Books.
In her private life, Dianna loves anything paranormal (she doesn't really consider it "para"), organic food, coffee, walking barefoot, the smell of the woods after rain, and summer days.
She lives in South Hampshire, U.K., with her partner and their daughter, where she writes full-time.

- Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2017Reign of the Wolf is the final installment of Dianna Hardy’s Eye of the Storm series. I was so excited to get my hands on this and it did not disappoint!
My emotions were all over the place while reading this. My excitement and curiosity never disappeared but the laughs and tears and anxiety over what was going to happen next were just a constant revolving door.
Dianna writes with such passion and intensity that brings each character to life. I feel like I know each and every one personally. So whatever they are feeling or going through, I felt like I was right there with them. Their pain was my pain, their joy my joy. Even the villains are written so perfectly. So even though some were down right horrific, they made me love to hate them. Others my heart broke for and I kept hoping for their redemption. I always feel when reading one of Dianna’s books there are no secondary characters, good or bad. Each character just brings another layer to the story that makes it whole and completes it.
In this final leg of the story Lydia, Lawrence, Ryan and Taylor face their most challenging obstacles yet. But more than just the wolves are faced with trials and uncertainty. The tridents and humans also have their own to overcome.
This final book was just absolutely epic. I think that is the only word that can be used to describe it. EPIC! It’s been a few days since I’ve read this and I have not been able to quit thinking about it. How everything came together and the absolute beauty of it all.
This is a definite must read and a top recommendation for the entire series! You will not be disappointed!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 17, 2017It actually took me awhile to end this, mainly because it's the end. I love this, everything was wrap up nicely. I offer no spoilers. I hate to see good series end but what an action pack beautiful ending it was. So long Lydia, Taylor, Ryan and Lawrence.📚❤
- Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2018What an awesome and unexpected ending to the Eye of The Storm series. I love it when the story has a twist to the supernatural that I haven’t seen before! Riveting book that I could not put down.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2018I really loved this series, but I will admit I didn't think I would just because I'm not a big fan of rh's. Bilbo was pleasantly surprised! I would definitely read more from Dianna Hardy.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2017Clever tying up of all the threads in this final book of the series was enjoyable and impressive. Having read and liked the previous series the difference the author has managed to infuse in her style and characters keeps me a fan.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2017Reign Of The Wolf is the sixth and final book in the Eye Of The Storm series. I absolutely loved it!
Lydia is a fantastic character. I have really liked her from the start. She is a strong and stubborn woman, but she has not had it easy throughout the series, what with her mating pains in the first book, finding out that she's not human but a wolf and, not only that, she's a storm-wielder to boot. Mated to three sexy werewolves (Lawrence, Ryan and Taylor), she has faced many challenges and overcome most of them, but now she has to fight for not only her survival but her mates and pack too as the Tridents increase their numbers and threaten their very existence. Will she and her mates survive, or will the future glimpsed by Ryan be smashed into a million pieces?
In the immortal first words of the song Love Story: where do I begin? OMG! This book rocked! I have been awaiting this book with both dread and excitement. Dread because it is the concluding book to the series and I knew I would be taken on an emotional roller coaster ride of emotion, and excitement for the very same reason.
The story picks up right where book five concluded, give or take a few days, so there is no awkward transition with regards to plot. This book has several twists that I never saw coming. I am not one to swear, but as I was reading I found myself going 'holy hell!' and 'sh*t!' in my head more times than I thought possible. Then there is the emotional side to the story. I found myself laughing and crying in several places, there is tenderness, love, loss, anger and every other emotion you can think of. The story arc throughout the series has been building up to one final climax and what a climax! Jaw dropping comes to mind, so does heart breaking and amazing. The significance of certain things that happened in the previous books are subtle, but they gain greater significance as the story arc unfolds.
I love all the characters, even Selena oddly enough. I know she's had a rough deal, but I still think that she made some really bad decisions that led to her being mated to Gabriel, the head of the Tridents, in the first place. All the characters have grown throughout the series, which I love, and watching Lawrence struggle with the revelation that Gladys made to him in Rise of the Wolf broke my heart. I'm glad that he has his mates to strengthen his resolve. I am also glad that I got to know Pete a little more. He and Beth make a lovely couple. I would love to read their story one day.
Reign of the Wolf is the perfect ending to an amazing series; all loose ends are tied up. Having said that, I reached the end of the book in a state of shock. I was left completely emotionally wrung out and speechless. It has taken me a few days to sit and process this story enough to write this review. I am incredibly sad that this series has ended; it has been an amazing journey from the first book until the last and I have loved every minute of it!
Dianna Hardy is one of my favourite romance authors (she writes both paranormal/urban fantasy and contemporary romance). She has a way of expressing so much emotion through her written words; ripping your heart out with them, but also filling you up with them too. I love her writing style, which is fast paced and exciting. The flow is fantastic too. Reading her books are a joy, and I will continue to read them for as long as she keeps writing them.
Due to the explicit sensual content and some bad language, I do not recommend this book for younger readers. However, I highly recommend this book (and series) if you love HOT erotic paranormal romances with sexy werewolves. Please note there is m/f/m/m action in this book, as well as violence, and may offend some readers. - Lynn Worton

5.0 out of 5 stars loved, and even hated characters in this series
I’m an emotional wreck right now. I can’t believe this series is over.
I have laughed, cried, yelled at my Kindle, loved, and even hated characters in this series. I have become attached to Lydia, Ryan, Lawrence, and Taylor. I have enjoyed reading their journey from the first page of book one (Releasing the Wolf) to the end page of this book.
Ms Hardy wrapped this story up perfectly. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. Thank you, Ms Hardy, for giving me what I have wanted from the beginning, Well, you haven’t because I can’t have Taylor, but the ending was just right.
The author knows I am in love with Taylor, he is mine, but it was Lawrence I felt for in this book. I cried when he said three little words that held so much meaning. I cried when he got back what he lost years ago. I cried when they all received what they wanted, especially Ryan.
See I told you, emotional wreck.
I can’t believe I’m going to say this; I even felt some emotion for Selena. I found myself willing her to fight back, and in a way, I’m happy with how things end for her.
There is a little part of me that hopes this isn’t the last we hear of the foursome. I can see future stories for other characters in the book. I can only hope for more.
This series is always going to be at the top of the list for recommendations; I can’t praise it high enough.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another brilliant read.
Wow! This is the last book in the Eye of the Storm sequence and it does everything you could ask of it. All the i’s dotted, all the t’s crossed, loose ends carefully tucked in and all, well nearly all, the answers provided. It’s intense, it pulls you through and I personally found it unputdownable. Every step is so very logical, each building on the ones before, yet the story as a whole is not predictable, even though all the clues are there.
Just one thing for new Dianna Hardy readers, please read the sequence in order, you need to have read the previous books before coming to this one.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous series
I can’t believe I waited so long to read books 5 and 6. I’d devoured books 1-4 then had to wait for the next two to be written and didn’t read them straight away. Still, the good news was I was able to re-read the series from the beginning and oh, what a treat.
Loved Lawrence, the damaged king, Taylor and his lost life and Ryan, Lydia’s first love. But cheered when they came together.
And oh, what an ending, all nicely tied up and the baddies getting their comeuppance!!
Can’t wait to read the spin off series. Highly recommended.
