This was a very entertaining story. It was light hearted and humorous at times. I loved the characters especially the main ones Annabel and Lillian. I especially like all the flirting Annabel gave Dr. Lillian Foster in her office/examining room. I was so happy to read how this story ended. Though I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to read any scenes from the previous characters from the past books from the series to see how their relationships are coming along. Yet this didn't change my opinion of this book or the number of stars I gave. I whole heartily recommend this book to everyone that loves an age gap romance.

I like all of this author's books but this one has to be my favorite yet. It was instant infatuation for both Lillian and Annabel. Lil didn't want anything but a "friend with benefits" but my-oh-my how things quickly changed. It was fun to see how they tried to manage the whole thing. Both personalities were well described. The story moved quickly but smoothly. I did laugh at the banter between Lil and Lori. Yes, there is a lot of heat and a lot of spice. The epilogue wrapped things up perfectly! Thank you, Emily, for another great book.

Annabel wants to be a mom and is ready. Lillian is the best OB Dr and the busiest Dr in her practise. She doesn't have time for relationships and casual is the best she can do. Naturally Annabel wants the best for her baby, so they meet and the connection is magnetic. The dialogue is sweet, flirty and well sexy. Dr Lillian tries to stay professional but lust gets the sweet friends with benifts started. It was a watershed moment as the baby grows their closeness becomes a connection neither would have expected. Emily ends the story with a cathartic moment and gives such a good story. I love her hospital stories. This was a fun hot read.

This was a fast paced very sexy and hot story. The very hot doctor and the very hot younger patient. It had good dialogue between Annabelle and Lillian and a great connection. Emily Hayes is a master of these hot sexy and wonderful stories. This pairing definitely worked and could definitely see them in another book.

As a retired doctor I agree that getting involved with your patient is really frowned upon but this is fiction. It was a great romance and well written and plotted. There is an HEA.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet hospital romance

What happens when you combine a commitment phobic OB GYN and a hormonal, pregnant woman? Well, you'll have to read to find out but the journey is cute, hot and sweet.

Lil and Anna come alive quickly and their love illuminates those around them. Disaster strikes, as can only be expected in a romance story, but their love is the best tool to pull them through - even if the cleverest doctor is the slowest to realise.
