Who will catch up with him first? Daisy? The police? Is Jack guilty of any crime?
And whose is that black car that's following him around...?
Seaside Skeletons, the much-anticipated sequel to Adam Longden's thrilling debut novel, The Caterpillar Girl.
Adam Longden was born in Derby, England. He moved way out in the sticks, to the edge of Nottinghamshire, at the age of four. He went to school and college in Nottinghamshire, and considers Nottingham his home town.
The East Midlands countryside he grew up in clearly had a profound effect on Adam. It provides the setting for his debut novel, The Caterpillar Girl. From as long as he can remember, he has been obsessed with music, reading books, writing, and slightly later, film; all of which influence and pervade his work and fictional characters.
After dropping out of art college after a year, through part-time jobs in kitchens, Adam embarked on a career in the catering industry, which has lasted till the present day. But throughout that time, the writing bug always remained – including dozens of diaries and journals, an experiment with children’s books, a six part Fawlty Towers style sitcom set in a pretentious gastro pub, and of course the continual development of the plot of The Caterpillar Girl.
