The Castle of Count Shagula: Tales of Monsterotica, Book 1
Audible Audiobook
– Unabridged
High in the Transylvanian mountains looms Castle Shagula, the home of an infamous vampiric count with a thirst for the life fluid of young men. And Jonathan Woodcock is on his way there!
Stay beside Jonathan as he explores the terrors of Castle Shagula and experiences the horrors that go bang in the night. Can he can survive Count Shagula’s seductive attempts to get after his own different sort of life fluid? Witness as Jonathan works to uncover the mysteries at the heart of the castle of Count Shagula. (It isn’t mysterious at all, really. It’s sex. Lots and lots of sex.)
Tales of Monsterotica: a new line of comical erotic romps featuring the classic and not-so-classic monsters of book, stage, and screen, written by Justin MacCormack, author of Diary of a Gay Teenage Zombie and Hush: A Horror Anthology.

One of my favorite movies is Dracula by Francis Ford Coppola, and I'll just say Justin MacCormack did an incredible reenactment of that movie. I could almost hear the theme music play as Jonathan Woodcock drove in his carriage in the Carpathian Mountains.
But as the carriage stopped at a small village it didn't quite proceed as the movie, and Justin MacCormack took over the scene and filled it with so much fun and lust, he had me bursting out with laughter almost all the time.
Jonathan Woodcock is on his way to Count Shagula's castle. The count has bought some land, and the deed needs signing. But when he arrives at the castle something seems off and Jonathan is aware of the danger he is in. The Count is a good-looking man and Jonathan finds himself spellbound by him. But as soon as he sets foot inside the castle he loses all his clothes and his virginity, and he knows that he has to do something very drastic if he is ever to get away from the castle and the very sexy vampire again.
Mr. Justin MacCormack, where have you been all my life? This book just cracked me up. It was fast paced but had so many funny twists and turns. And of course, there was a lot of shagging too. A lot!
The writing was brilliant, and I actually found myself wondering how Mr. MacCormack was able to put so much life into Jonathan in so few pages. This is definitely not a usual vampire tale, but it shines like a bright star in my mind right now.
I find myself eagerly awaiting the next book in the Tales of Monsterotica series
Thanks to Justin MacCormack and Deep Desires Press for this funny advanced copy.
