Sinclair in Command: The naval war is being waged in the Mediterranean (The Submariner Sinclair Naval Thriller Series Book 3) Kindle Edition
Sinclair finds himself pitted against an enemy with lethal plans for the human race
Mediterranean, 1943
Lurking in the Dodecanese, an unknown terror has been ambushing British submarines.
Lieutenant Peter Sinclair, R.N., Captain of H.M. Submarine Rugged and the youngest Commanding Officer with the famous ‘Fighting Tenth’ Submarine Flotilla, sets sail. His mission: to destroy the enemy.
In the Turkish city of Istanbul the discovery of a murdered agent reveals a cryptic message; a message which, once deciphered, reveals the existence of an enemy fortress producing a lethal weapon.
Behind it all is Sinclair’s nemesis – a ruthless and deadly S.S. Kommandant prepared to commit mass murder.
In a remote and hostile region, Sinclair, Commando Lieutenant Hank Jefferson, U.S. Navy and Able Seaman Bill Hawkins carry out a daring raid to destroy the plant.
But with time fast running out will they succeed?
And will they all make it out alive?

Solid characters that would make good husbands for Mrs Clever and her peers.
Don’t pay too much for this book but it’s worth reading.

Nasty Nazis, brave Brits, heroic American - what more could you ask?
Well, for one, a nuclear project that makes sense. Plot revolves around a heavy water project sold as a Nazi 'war winning weapon.' Ok, but heavy water, in itself, is not a weapon. It can be used to build a nuclear reactor that, in turn, can make plutonium or, perhaps, concentrate U-235. Many more steps between these and a weapon. Ask historians of the Manhattan Project.

4.0 out of 5 stars The action is non-stop
Format: KindleVerified PurchaseCertainly a book about submarine warfare and the cruelties of war is touched upon, but as an odd twist in this sea story Captain Sinclair gets tangled up with Nazi spies on land. A good read within a great series.
