    This is a quick, mildy steamy second change novella length read. Evan and June had a connection from high school but only years later did they get the chance to explore their chemistry. They had some bumps in the road but in the end they got the HEA they deserved. Definitely recommend reading Snowdrop to find out how Evan and June got to their forever.
    Even though I did receive an advanced review copy of this book, I also purchased the book / read it with Kindle Unlimited and am voluntarily leaving my own unsolicited opinion with my voluntary review.

    June is coming home after five years away. When she has an accident and can’t make it to her parents resort, her high school tormentor is the one who rescues her. Evan remembers June from high school. She’s the only one who showed any sympathy to him when his father died. She’s so angry with him and he doesn’t why. She recounts the events and the truth comes to light. Sweet story with a HEA.

    This is my favorite of the butler brothers so far! Such a neat twist on a enemy to lovers story! What happens when 2 people who haven't seen each other since high school get stuck in a cabin for a weekend? True love!

I had hit black ice and spun out into a snow bank... and there he is... with a flashlight right in my face... jerk ! the road is closed... we go to his family's cabin... how can I believe anything he says...he's the reason I left all those years ago... but, what if ?
