You can usually find me hollering for the whole Nashville Predators since I'll never give my heart to one player again. When I'm not in the gym getting swole, I'm usually writing, trying to make my dreams a reality or being a taxi for my kids. I'm obsessed with Harry Potter, Supernatural, Disney and anything that sparkles! I'm pretty sure I was Belle in a past life and if I could be on any show it would be supernatural so I can hunt with Sam and Dean.

The characters are written in a way that each one you want to be friends with, or might remind you of someone you truly do know. You might even see yourself a little in a situation or character. This book makes you want to have your own best friend, your person, your rock you turn to, your love of your life. You can't help but want to be like Ally and Ash and root for them along the way. It is a stand alone book, but with characters from all her other books. You will want to read about the other characters once you get into this one. I guarantee you won't regret picking up a Toni Aleo book. Once you do you will be hooked. Even if sports romance normally isn't your thing take a chance on these books! You will fall in love with ALL of them!

    I love the whole Assassins world. It can get a bit confusing with all the kids getting older and hooking up with others, but it's always entertaining. I was a little hesitant about Asher and Ally since we all knew they should be together. Parts of it felt a bit forced so it could be drawn out into a full length book, but the last 1/3 of the book really drew you in. It was a little much how EVERYONE, including all the parents knew Ash and Ally were meant to be together, and it was finally happening. It just took Asher longer to realize that he wanted to cross that line with is best friend and turn it into a relationship that could end up backfiring on him if he wasn't careful.

    It wasn't my favorite of the series, but still enjoyed it and kept wanting to find out what was going to happen. Found it interesting that it was happening at the same time that Posey and Boon were getting together. That was fun to remember what they went through as we saw snippets of their romance from a different point of view.

    Looking forward to more! And especially Stella and Emery's books :).

    What a fantastic friends to lovers story! I love how Toni Aleo has given us the stories of the Nashville Assassins children and how we get to see all of the characters we've come to love over the years as we watch their kids fall in love as well.

    Allison Titov and Asher Brooks have known one another their whole lives. They've been best friends and practically attached at the hip as long as anyone can remember. For nearly the last decade they've talked, texted and generally corresponded every single day, even when Asher was living in California.

    Asher is now back in Nashville after having broken off his engagement and Ally couldn't be more thrilled to have her best friend back around all the time. The biggest problem for her is that she's fighting the feelings she's had for him for as long as she can remember. It's always been him for her, but she doesn't think he feels the same way.

    When she and Asher are together more and more, Asher is also having a hard time concealing his feelings for his longtime bestie. Should he take a chance with her or does he risk losing her friendship if he makes a move?

    I enjoyed how everything unfolded for Asher and Ally. There is nothing more frightening than revealing your feelings for someone and Toni Aleo did a fantastic job of showcasing how both easy and difficult it can be when it is someone that means so much to you and that you know so much about. I thought the struggle was great too. They had real things they had to work through and in the end, it didn't really matter who was at fault for the spat, all that mattered were the feelings.

    This was a wonderful addition to this already entertaining series!

    Toni does not disappoint in her newest addition to the Nashville Assissins world. The Bellevue Bullies series will always have a special place in my heart and this book is no exception. It has all the feels. Her characters are well developped, you fall in love with them and just rooting for them throughout the whole book . Gosh watching Asher and Allie story was hilarious and emotional falling in love with your best friend can be easy but finally fessing up to your feelings and having everyone try to put their two cents in is not. I love how we saw some of our favorite character as parents and the new generation is starting to make their mark and she leave you craving more of the story! Definitely worth the wait to read and now the waiting game for the next one begins.

    Would you believe I have never written a book review before Toni? But I have to say Asher & Allys story took me out of the current chaos that the world is going through and it was just what I needed.. so much so that I stopped reading for a little bit (like 2hrs) because I didn't want it to end. But all of your assassin series books have evoked that feeling in me when I read them as you literally feel like your right there with them. Thanks for another fun filled & emotional moment with the NA crew.... Cant wait for more.

    I am never, ever disappointed by Toni's books.

    While both Asher and Allison come from hockey royalty families, hockey plays a small part in this book, just the Jumbotron makes an appearance!
    They have been best friends since childhood and now find that while they find they love each other, they don't want to confess it and spoil a good thing.
    Hidden affairs, unplanned pregnancies, assault, wedding planning... this book has it all.
    Love, love, love it.
