    I really enjoyed this book. I liked the writing style and the storyline followed more than one character.
    It's a murder mystery and includes the killer's point of view. Stolen kiss can be read as a standalone (The way I read it, however, is part of a series which is available on Kindle Unlimited).

    Bret is charming and approachable to the outside world, but if you look below the surface he's deeply disturbed. His dreams are haunted and his peace comes at others expense.

    Jared approaches Savage security in the hope they can find out what happened to his sister. The police say her death was a suicide, but Jared knows it isn't possible.

    Savage Security is run by Cole Savage. He has his own little interest in this story and is eating lunch out more and more. He has his heart set on Julia. The more he gets to know her the more he likes her.

    Julia is, at last, getting her dream. She's worked hard and it has paid off. She is more than thrilled when Cole shows an interest and hopes it will boost her start.

    Bella is Coles assistant and trying to get her life back on track. Jack has always been supportive and she is finally ready to let him in. Romance is blossoming all around.

    The killer is about to make a mistake which will set the team on the case. Can they catch him before it's too late?

    There are also other characters in this story, and I'm guessing they were first introduced in other books. Other than initially not knowing the background to the company, Savage Security this book reads perfectly well as a standalone.

    There are romances, sexy scenes and some disturbing murders. 4.5 stars out of 5. I received an ARC, however, I read this book via kindle unlimited. This is a fast-paced read and I really enjoyed the ride.

    I had never heard of this series before, but for my reading tastes, this was the perfect book to start with. Loaded with suspense and romance woven throughout, my attention was held from page one to the end.

    I think my favorite part of this story was the fact that the author had a POV from Bret the sociopath. I loved this. I'm not sure I have read a romantic suspense in this manner and if I had it wasn't very memorable. But this. This was fab! All of the characters were woven in seamlessly.

    This is a standalone story...but I wonder if reading the previous books wouldn't have given me a little more insight into some of the other relationships. I had no trouble following along with this storyline so reading the previous books is not necessary.

    This story is about Julia and Cole. Their relationship is a slow burn, so be prepared for lots of anticipation and angst. If the romance aspect is what you are anticipating the most, rest assured you will still get what you need.

    I am really going to need to go back and read books 1 through 3. If the other books are anything like Stolen Kiss then I will also need to put this author on my must watch list as well. Reading this book came at the perfect time for me. Just when I needed a book to shake me up. I was tired when I started reading this story, but it was tasty enough that it kept me awake. That is definitely a good read!

    A sociopath, a murderer is on the hunt for his next victim. The only I can describe this book is wow, it had my attention from the begining, trying to figure it, thank god I am not really good at putting puzzles together. Suffice to say I was totally enchanted by the story and by the characters.

    Bret Silva’s face is plastered all over the town, all talking about his success. But neither his looks or his friendly smile betray what lurks beneath the facade. But one mistake will cost him everything.

    The men from Savage Security discover a damning photo, they also realize that its not suiced as it appears to be. As their investigation begins, Cole Savage must reconcile his desire for justice with the burning ache in his heart for Julia Romero.

    Will they find who the psycho is will Cole and Julia find the happy ending they want, just read the book its a great story.

    Suspense. Romance. It has it all. This is book 4 of the Savage Security series and it did not disappoint. While I have read the first three books in the series and loved each one, this book can be read as a stand alone. I love the characters the author has created for Savage Security. Cole Savage is the main character in this book and is developing a relationship with Julia. He eats where she is a waitress just to see her and finally asks her out. Then, Julia has a new job at a real-estate firm and feels fortunate to have the best in the business train her, Bret Silva. However, there are murders happening, young women in their prime. Some that have recently bought homes and some that haven't. I was hooked from page one. I am looking forward to reading more written by Karen Tjebben.
