The Roseland Sisters and Mr. Finch are off on a new adventure with the aid of both cats, but the mystery has come to them! Having had a wonderful ski trip with boyfriend/girlfriend and all, the family returns to Sweet Cove, MA to find that Ellie has booked new Bed and Breakfast guests for that very night!

However, Angie, Jenna, Ellie , and Courtney are amazed (along with Mr. F and cats,) to have not one but three guests book in. One was not expected...a woman whose husband is missing. Our psychic sisters are getting unhappy feelings about their newest guest, not to mention why does another 'guest' have two I.D.'s?

Now, one mystery is fully explored and solved within this book. There is another that is solved from past books in this series...Yes! It is worth reading the earlier novels in order. They are all excellent.

It was exciting and a well-written book. Do get to know this author. She is a winner!

The Roseland sisters and Mr. Finch are asked by Cora Connors, one of the B & B guests to help her find her husband. However, the girls get the feeling that Mrs. Connor has not given them all the information and bit by bit their feelings are borne out.

This is book 9 in the series. This is a great series for anyone who likes cozy mysteries without all the blood and gore. If you enjoy a little paranormal with your mysteries, this may also be for you. As an added bonus, there are recipes for some of the items served at the B & B.

This series is full of charming characters, smart cat, evil doers doing evil deeds, Magick (not the stage magician kinda magic), mysteries to solve, a little romance (no sex), and no cliffhanger endings. So, curl up in a comfy chair with a cup of tea and ENJOY. I am looking forward to the next one.

Winter is settling into Victorian home of the Rosemont Sisters. Just returning from a ski vacation with Mr. Finch, Miss Betty and the girls boyfriends, everyone wanted to just settle in with some warm soup and head to bed.

Door bell ringing announced three new quests; an older woman, Mrs. O'Brien, a heavy set traveler Mel Abel, and finally petite slender woman in her mid fourties, Cora Conners arrived. Angie's getting vibes that something was amiss especially when Jack Ford, their attorney friend showed up.

Seems Mrs. Conners had arranged prior to her arrival to meet that evening with Mr. Ford. After the meeting Ms. Conners shares with the girls that her husband Richard disappeared suddenly and wants the girls to help locate him.

The story-line continues with gathering information on Richard and a smaller story line of Jenna and Tom's new house and the past owner Katrina Stenmark. Ms. Stenmark was a friend of their Aunt Marion Linden who had left the Victorian to Angie when she passed away.

There are a few times when something is written that no mention of previous makes you think did I miss that, but otherwise the continuing story of the Rosemont Sisters, Mr. Finch and who can forget Euclid and Circe (the cats) is a great story. I would suggest to really understand all that has come before you begin with book 1.

I found the Sweet Cove mysteries by accident and once I read the first one, I was hooked. I have a sister that I'm close to and I told her she had to read them. She did and now she's addicted. I have read all nine Sweet Cove Mysteries and am anxious to read #10. I like the four sisters personalities and powers, 2 cats, Euclid and Circe, and Mr. Finch. They are a great ensemble who all contribute to solving the murders. The chief and the boyfriends add to the stories. They all work so well together. There were twist and turns that kept me wondering and I would stay up past midnight so I could find out how it was all going to end. If you like cozy mysteries as much as I do, give these a read.
