    I have very much enjoyed this whole series. It is fun and main characters are close knit sisters with their own identity and gifts, and of course the cats and the adorable Mr. Finch. There is romance but other than a kiss or two, it is kept private. The characters are interesting and sometimes pretty far out there. I enjoy the writing style and usually read one of these books after reading something heavy and very detailed.

    Come along and read about the new adventures that the Roseland sisters are about to have. All Ms. Whiting’s story has a little mystery, a chance to get better acquainted with the Roseland’s sisters and mild paranormal elements. The stories center around the 4 Roseland sisters named Angie, Jenna, Ellie and Courtney, their elderly friend Mr. Finch, and their 2 cats named Euclid and Circe. Others who make up the storyline are; Tom, (Jenna’s new husband) and Josh Williams (Angie’s fiancé), Rufus (Courtney’s boyfriend), Betty Hayes, realtor and girlfriend to Mr. Finch, Jack Ford (Ellie’s boyfriend). All have psychic abilities that have a subtle but important role in each story.

    The history of the bed and breakfast is briefly mentioned, the pastry shop, the additions and changes that have been made are referenced which makes the reader feel like this is a place they have visited.

    So come along and let the Roseland’s sister help Chief Martin solve the mystery of why two dentists (Dr. Chase and Dr. Streeter) who only 6 months ago moved to Sweet Cove were murdered along with a young man. Without giving away the ending I did feel that two individuals in the story were left hanging at the end, the mother of Dr. Chase, Greta and sister of Dr Streeter, Marilyn. Maybe that they will be wrapped up in book 12?

    I've read and enjoyed all 11 books in this series. They are well written cozy mysteries with intricate plots. The stories center around the 4 Roseland sisters named Angie, Jenna, Ellie and Courtney, their elderly friend Mr. Finch, and their 2 cats named Euclid and Circe. All have psychic abilities that have a subtle but important role in each story.

    In book 11, two dentists are found murdered in their home, and another body of a man is found in the trunk of their car in the driveway. Local Police Chief Martin asks the Roseland sisters to help with the investigation because their psychic skills were of great help in solving previous crimes.

    The dentists had moved to Sweet Cove only 6 months ago, coming from New Hampshire. They lived an unsustainably lavish lifestyle and the police soon discovered that they were in great debt on the verge of bankruptcy. Could this somehow relate to the motive for the killings? What was the relationship between the dentists and the dead man found in their car? Why were all 3 people murdered?

    J A Whiting has created several very good cozy paranormal mystery series. I've enjoyed them all and look forward to many more. This is my favorite. It is beautiful to see the mutual love, support and friendship among all of the main characthers and their pets. She knows how to tell a good story and skilfully weave intricate plots. Hopefully we won't have to wait long for book 12!

The characters just get better and better and the new dimension of a husband has been treated extremely well.
