Not my first read by author and of course I have been following this series, so I am very familiar with all the side characters that include the previous book ones too. This is a sweet one because it has to do with little Samantha Watson and brothers best friend Leonardo! When Broody lays on the guilt trip into having Leonardo be the fake fiancee for little Sam, Leo doesn’t think it’s a good idea. Then he goes and sees her for the first time in a very long time and boy, little Sam IS ALL GROWN UP. Of course, she manages to temp him into agreeing. Sam: she was the geek as a child, smart and not popular. Leo saved her from embarrassment once when she was a freshman and he was a senior. Since then she grew up into a woman who is still young at heart and becoming into her own. Broody: A handsome and smart man with a heart of gold, and a soft spot for little Sam. Someone who isn’t afraid to work hard at getting what he wants that is, but also confused on the fact that what he needs and wants are different. In the end Broody has no idea what he got himself into, and no, not just with the whole playing a fake fiancee to little Sam. The whole thing didn’t sit right with him, and when Sam comes out with the truth, he was not expecting that. Now they must work together to help each other, but mostly Broody is helping Sam for his own selfish reasons. Entertaining-Light Hearted-Adventurous and Fun!! On the shorter side but plenty of punch!     Tempting Little Tease by J. Kenner is book 4 in the Blackwell-Lyon Series. This is the story of Leo and Samantha. I have read the previous books in this series, but feel you could make it a standalone book if you wish to do so. Leo's best friend Brody has asked him to be a fake fiancé to Brody's sister Samantha when she attend an event that Samantha's Ex boyfriend will be at. Leo has a security business which adds to the favor. What Leo remembers of Samantha is not what he is seeing in the grown up beautiful women. Trying to keep it all business and walking away doesn't seem to be something he can do.
    Hot enjoyable read from Ms. Kenner...loved it.

    LOL! A little tease for the Tempting Little Tease.
    A friends to lover book that will have you swooning.
    Leo= One very hot man who provides security yet for his friend he becomes her fake fiance.
    Samantha-has an agenda. To show up with a very sexy Leo playing her fiance while shoving in her cheating ex's face.
    Simple...right?
    Well not exactly because J. Kenner has given us a great deal of heat between her main characters but there is much more to the story than just that.
    A douche for an ex, a secret behind the secret and a chemistry that can melt metal are just a few elements in a well written story.
    Honestly once I began reading J. Kenner I found myself captivated my her ability to hit the target with every single book of hers I have read.
    This one may have been short but it was outstanding!
    Great characters, a winding path of suspense, with great detail and a complete and satisfying ending. Oh....I can't wait for the next book. Want to know who it's gonna be?
    Hint: You'll get your answer at the end of this one. ENJOY!

    It is so much fun when a tough guy meets his match in a strong, confident woman. Leo gets trapped into helping his best friend’s sister, Sam, by being her ‘fake’ fiancé at a wedding she has to attend. Now, he knows Sam, she was always around when they were kids but he hasn’t seen her in years. He isn’t prepared for the sexy, confident woman in front of him and knows his promise to Brody to keep his hands off of Sam is going to be hard to keep. Sam is very clever given that she has always had a crush on Leo. Getting him to help her out for the weekend is brilliant and allows her to fulfill the fantasy she has carried for years in her head. Now, will these two follow the sparks and give in to temptation? Or will Leo behave? It was so much fun to find out as their weekend unfolded. I voluntarily read an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

    Leo & Brody are best friends who grew up together so when he asks Leo to accompany his step sister to a wedding he agrees . Brody's sister has recently broken up with her boyfriend who will also be attending the wedding . Wanting to show her ex that she’d moved on as he’d obviously done so it does help that she’s had a crush on Leo for ages . Although the part of her story is correct as things unfold it’s clear that it’s not the only reason for her attending the wedding . Of course there’s a undeniable attraction between the pair and although Leo has promised Brody that he’d keep their time together purely professional you know it’s only a matter of time before they get hot & heavy 😉 . Can this really cute couple have a HEA and what happens when Brody finds out about their activities ? As always with these novellas they are over more or less just as your getting into the story ,but they are always fun to read.
