    I hate to say it but this was hard to read. First off it's hard to bond with the characters. Then the author has no forethought about thinking through the plot. Lacey just happens to stumble across the place where the girls are being held? Then Even just happens to stumble across them too? I had to eye roll hard on that. I hardly even stop reading in the middle of a story but I frankly am bored to death. I'll bet this never posted on the review board.

    Lora Ann delivers a superb dark erotic thriller with the Strand Brothers Series. Once I started reading it I finished it in a couple days because it's that good of a read. The Series Kicks off with Branded and focuses on Nik Strand, a business mogul and former fighter and Aimee Taylor, a woman who is trying to make a change. When Nik and Aimee are thrown together by circumstances and a common man who won't take no for an answer. There is a connection that both have felt only one other time. It is during Branded that we also meet Nik's brothers Even and Alex, the men behind Bound and Broken in the series.

    The second book in the series is Bound and is Even's story. While he is the youngest of the brother's he still has a magnetic pull to him that is hard for anyone to ignore. He is a man that knows what he wants and isn't afraid to go after it. He also happens to be a Master of BDSM and the owner of various clubs. While he life has hit a bit of a lull on the relationship front, things changes when he sees Lacey Kincaid, a dancer at one of his clubs that he can't forget about. When she appears at his other club, Even makes it his mission to know who the beauty is. What he finds out is that Lacey is a strong woman, whose mission is to find her drug addicted sister and hopefully save her.

    Broken for me was one roller coaster of a book. Alex Strand is a rock for his brothers but under that his own story is one that will leave you saying what more than a few times. All the Strand men are handsome but Alex's beauty is stunning. It's his heart and loyalty that makes the brother and lawyer a character you can't help fall for. He goes above and beyond and tries to make the world a better place not only for his family but everyone. When his past and Sofie Fields enter his life, Alex is put through his hardest obstacle while trying to solve the mystery that has impacted all the brothers.

    The Strand Brothers Series is truly a must read story. It does have some incredibly dark and heartbreaking elements that you won't forget about. I don't know how many times I was left reeling from each book. Lora Ann does a great job of balancing those elements with love, romance, family and some humor. What I love about this series, is that you automatically think these men are going to be saving the damsels in decrees but Aimee, Lacey and Sofie and such strong woman that they complement each bother perfectly. I love the give and take between them all. the Epilogue story, Bliss showcases those relationships wonderfully. I can't recommend this series enough. You will love the brothers and these women. Add this to you TBR and read it today.

    The Strand Bother’s Series is now in a complete set where you can read all about those sexy brothers! (Branded, Bound, Broken and Bliss) Lora Ann’s Strand men are hot, loving, strong, and alpha. Their women are the same. This series takes you on a journey from Nik and Aimee and travels through the lives of all three brothers and their relationships. It’s hot and steamy and a definite thriller as each brother goes to extreme lengths to protect their family from the evil politician, Caleb and fight for the loves of their lives. The brothers and their significant others are written beautifully and real, while Caleb is written as dark and twisted as any masterminded villain could be. At times the story can get dark and graphic, and then blooms into heart pounding adrenaline, adventure and love. A true romantic thriller! This is a series of true love and triumph over evil. It is family down to the core all the way. It’s a series you really won’t want to miss out on!

    I read the entire series. This is a dark book that includes masochism and kidnapping. On the other hand you will get to meet Nik, Alex and Even and their wives. The strand brothers series is a remarkable read if you believe in true love.
