Tango Gourmet - Waltz of Salsa: Wellington's Tale (Tales of Gentalia Book 3) [Print Replica] Kindle Edition
A recipe perfectly danced.
A perfectionist chef in hot water.
Industry giant Tornado Tech has unleashed a cult phenomenon upon the gaming world with the Tango Gourmet series and dancer Wellington is diligently practicing his best moves to try and one day become a professional chef.
But some mixed genre games are a bit more mixed than others and Tango Gourmet hides a dark sexual plot within its layers of flaked pastry. When Wellington bakes himself into a corner he must hustle his way through a perfectly musical mess.
As the terrible colossal food harbinger of doom approaches an important question remains unanswered. Can the powerful avatar that put players in sexy peril in the first place be stopped? More importantly to Wellington is his own personal question, “When did this cakewalk become a full out grind dance?”
Warning: Contains m/m situations and frosted monster banging.
While part of a series, this novelette can be read as a stand alone story!

About the author

CB Archer is a novelist who lives happily in the sunny Okanagan Valley, nestled in Canada (America’s Hat).
He maintains a regular secretive existence in the real world, and at night writes filthy filthy things that would make even the most experienced librarian change to Blush Shade #6 (The highest of the shades).
CB Archer is responsible for the Annals of Gentalia brand, and the C.ollege of U.nited M.onsters brand, and would like to apologize for nothing!

- Reviewed in the United States on July 3, 2016One of the more bizarre things I've ever read, but in a good way. Gamer Wellington is learning how to game AND how to cook as he carefully dance/cooks his way through a game with real taste! Only things get a little TOO real, and Wellington must team up with other players to defeat the bad guys through some very sexy combo moves.
This is probably full of jokes that are particularly meaningful to gamers, but even a complete non-gamer like myself can appreciate the humor and the sheer zaniness of the whole thing. The presentation of the text with "game-like" graphics (unless you have a very snazzy Kindle, read on your mobile device) and the punctuation of the action with different types of speech (third-person interior thoughts, direct speech text boxes, gaming sound and visual effects) slows down the pace in a very quick read just the right amount. The virtual nature of the setting allows for some pretty non-vanilla sex that would totally not be cool in the "real world" (at least for me) because of the rather dubious nature of the "consent" given, but when it involves pixellated virtual characters, it's all in just part of the craziness. A good time for anyone looking for erotica with a twist!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 18, 2016I'd been warned that this was the weirdest Tale yet and boy, those other reviewers were not kidding. I mean, a dance game that is also a cooking game? What lunacy is this?
Okay, yes, this game was weird, but what is weird in a series of lgbtq erotica videogame parodies? Truly, the weird is good. We find out what makes Mr. Max so Mr. Maxish. We have a literal cake boy (pound cake at that). We have a fruit punch mech fighting a giant nacho. What is not to love?
Oh, that's right. The Mistress. The Mistress is not to love. She's terrible.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2016Get tall, frosty glass of Coda Cola and some Polka corn as you prepare to enjoy this funny, punny romp through culinary delights. Even though it's a novel there are heavy elements of a play in this tale, and the writer never ceases to entertain. This delicious narrative left me hungry for more. Great thing there's a happy ending! Actually, lots of them!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2016Yep, this is definitely the weird one of the bunch. Lots of sexy dance-offs going on, though and we get Mr. Max's origin story!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 14, 2016Hilarious, and a little bit sweet;) can't wait to read another by this author!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2017I'd been forewarned that this was the weirdest book in the series, and I wasn't disappointed.
This game is a hybrid of dance and cooking games. There is a secret entrance to a hidden kingdom populated by food people and The Mistress has been entering to eat and molest the inhabitants. Wellington finds the entrance, falling through it with his cakeboy assistant.
Chocolate jizz! Random fruit salad dragons! A final boss battle against a massive nacho! I was cackling all the way through.
5/5 Would eat again.
