Not tainted with fads and woke nonsense, this book is a serious effort to engage business leaders, and students in business, in what really matter. What should we pay attention to? What should our goals be? How do we successfully achieve those? Well-written and chock-a-block with sage advice. Loved it!

The author incorporates a blend of personal and professional experiences with research and data as he offers advice and insight into the various aspects concerning change and growth in successful business ventures. While some of the sections are a bit dry--there are always valuable takeaways presented at the chapter ends.
With the challenges of the past few years, I think business leaders at all levels and organization sizes have faced unexpected changes, and the need to learn, adapt and grow through those changes continues to be a present and necessary skill in a successful business.
The author does a great job presenting the roles and tasks of successful leaders in guiding organizations through the general day-to-day operations--while embracing changes that take businesses to new levels or sustain them during difficult times. I would recommend this book to new business leaders and also to business leaders struggling to adapt to changes in technology or within a specific industry.

It talks about how a true leader gets involved and not just barks orders. For me personally I feel that this book reassured me that what I was doing as a leader were the right things.
