    There were several holes or inconsistencies I wouldn’t dare mention because I WONT give the plot away. In truth, Zinnia annoyed my soul lol. Ophelia, now that’s a character that deserves some looking into. I’d like to find out who her mother is.

    Im also interested to know what changed from book 1 to the end with Elle. My only major issue is all this happens in less than a month’s time span lol.

    I’m still waiting on an explanation(a real one) as to why the Greeks were such doo-doo heads to the kids.

    Wth happened to Cross at the very end? I’m very interested to get a front row seat to he and Ophelia’s budding relationship now that they’ve defeated another Big Bad.

    Things I liked: I love how Hades is somewhat a good guy and the devil remains the ultimate evil.

    I love Matteaus but feel sad because I’m sure I know the one mistake he refers to as to why they won’t let him come home ANNNNDDDDD I bet the ending of this book has to do with THE GRAND WAR.

    I truly enjoyed the mythological creatures AND thank you for finally giving that man a dang dog lol.

    Looking forward to seeing what roles the rest of the former queens will take in the upcoming series. This was my first read by the author and I’m praying she can keep the momentum though the ending of this one was extremely long winded.

    Hard story to put down, great characters and use of changes in point of view completed events more fully. But the constant cliffhangers would have been damning had I not been picking this up as a completed series, or term-based seasons as it turns out to be. A little more distracting as the book's moved along, were the editing quality deteriorating from about books 3 to 5. Definitely worth reading regardless of these niggling things, which is why I rated as 4 but not lower.

    How can I describe how much I enjoyed this series following the life of Zinnia. She knew nothing and then she knew too much.
    Zinnia and her friends fought unimaginable battles to save their world.
    Do they succeed?
    Do they find their happy ending?
    Do the defeat the bad guy?
    These and so many other questions pull you in to an incredibly imaginative world.
