About the author

I live in Herefordshire with my partner Steve and my 3 dogs.
I am the author of the fabulous "Heart Trilogy Series" made up of the novels "Where did your Heart go?" "Un-break my Heart" and "Closer to the Heart" I have also completed the Bloodstained Heart Trilogy. These are connected to The Heart Trilogy series in that they feature the full story of Felicity.
I have also completed my first collaboration with Rita Ames on the 'Need for Speed' Racing series. These are romances set at various different motor racing venues, with the first book '24Hrs to Love' already released and set at Le Mans. And I've recently released by first Poetry and Short Story Anthology.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 25, 2015Again, I loved this story. So many twists and turns and never a dull moment. I read this book in two days, and now I cannot wait for book three...hurry up September.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2017This is an excellent trilogy. Pure love and lust, an awful villainess to keep everyone in an uproar. Hope it backfires on her!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 15, 2015This is a steamy sequel full of twists! I liked the new plot developments for the characters and the cliffhanger left me anxious for the next book. A fun vacation read!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2016Once again I have been blown away by Audrina Lane and the heart Trilogy! I just finished “Un-Break My Heart,” the second book and the series and I loved it just as much as the first book, if not more. Once again we are reunited with Stephanie and her daughter Charlie, as well as, James and his son Mitch. Stephanie and James are trying to rebuild their relationship since being reunited as Mitch and Charlie continue gaining attention with their dancing. I hate to do bullet points but let me go over a few returning characters and some new ones:
Sarah and Chris are still around and trying to have a baby, but can’t
James’ son Darren gets engaged to Sophie and they move out on their own
James’ parents are still around, of course, and cooking some tasty sounding meals
Julia (Charlie’s friend) and Simon (Mitch’s friend) are in and out of the story, but still developing things between them
Felicity – James evil ex-wife and her gross younger man are worse than ever
Greg – creepy colleague of Stephanie’s
Zach – club-owner, sort of creepy
Shelly and Kyle – Charlie and Mitch’s new dancing buddies/friends
There is so much to this book I’m not sure where to begin and even how to begin without giving spoilers. Stephanie and James continue falling in love with each other all over again, and Mitch and Charlie are still completely enamoured with one another. The first few chapters of the novel, everything goes along happily with all of the pieces falling into place for both couples, but alas, some conflict must arise. To say “some conflict” is putting it mildly because this book is just full of one thing after an another for all of the characters. Everything about Felicity just makes you cringe in this novel, but there a few fantastic moments from Charlie and Stephanie putting Felicity into her place. The majority of conflict and issues in this second book are between Mitch and Charlie, but everyone is intertwined in all of the mess. This novel is basically non-stop action from start to finish, with several surprises and twists. Everything is touched on in this novel: love and sex, faithfulness, lying, exploring sexuality, illegal business practices, crime investigations, infertility, and much more.
Audrina Lane absolutely nailed it again with “Un-Break My Heart,” with her amazing, addictive writing and of course, her reference to special songs throughout the novel. I completely get lost in her stories and am always so disappointed when I come to the end and have no more to read! She has quickly become one of my favorite author’s with her incredible mix of romance and suspense. I look forward to reading more from Audrina Lane (hopefully VERY soon) and highly recommend this series as a different take on romance.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 23, 2017I really enjoyed this book. It is a continuation of the first book in The Heart Trilogy and takes us through James and Stephanie's second chance at a relationship together, as well as the budding romance between her daughter Charlie and his son Mitch. The characters that we meet in the first book are present in this one and I love that we have Felicity who is the horrible ex wife of James lurking in the background but knowing how evil she is, I was always wondering if she would try to do something to break either or both of the relationships. I really need to head straight into book 3 to see how the story continues.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2017Having run the gamut of emotions with the first book and the story of Steph and James, I expected this book to tug at my heartstrings and I wasn't disappointed.
Excellent writing from Audrina Lane kept me glued to the rekindled lovers and the story of Steph's daughter, Charlie, and James's son, Mitch, who had their own romance and dancing careers going on.
As for Felicity...well...she's beyond belief and so evil and twisted that as much as I hated her, her machinations were just stunning!
Added new characters were a bonus and they all fitted in perfectly and enhanced the story brilliantly.
It's an all round excellent read.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2015I don't think you ever really forget your first love and it's rather special that Stephanie and James come together after many years apart. However, old baggage weighs heavily and sometimes it feels that life is making the road forward as difficult as it can. This is a story of relationships very much coloured by past hurts, memories and ... ambition.
A sequel that can be read as a standalone novel without detracting from the enjoyment. Settle down and absorb yourself in the lives of some wonderfully-written characters. You won't regret it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it! Five star book x
I read this book straight after the first book & love the way it carries on from the last page of the first book. I love the movie & music references & the meaning of each to the characters. The story develops and introduces a few new characters who you will love or hate. Still dislike Felicity with a passion & have a secret crush on one of the new guys.
Finished this book before the third book was finished & even pestered the author to hurry up & finish the trilogy.

4.0 out of 5 stars Another amazing read as the plot thickens! Roll on Book 3!
More wonderful eighties music in Book 2 - The plot thickens as old enemies make more trouble for the childhood sweethearts. I cried over Charlie and Mitchell, but I won't say why (Not a spoiler me). As the two main couples stories continue to intertwine, things being to darken. I loved the way that the author slowly brings you in with subtle hints at the bigger picture without giving it away completely. I am eagerly awaiting Book 3 to see how everything ties together.
Recommended for all lovers of music, dance and a really good romance.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous Twists and Turns!
I enjoyed this second book even more than the first, with all the twists and turns! The characters have developed nicely as the story unfolds, with many different themes running through. The book ends on a real cliffhanger and I’m just DYING for Book 3 to appear! I can't stop thinking about what will happen to them all, as if they're my own friends!
Still some grammatical and punctuation issues but these can be totally forgiven with a fabulous plot!
