    This is one of the best books I have ever read! I will say it is for 18 and older. It's full of HOT sex, dirty talk, romance and suspense. I have read this book numerous times and it gets better each time! Rock is seriously sexy and my permanent book boyfriend. I would recommend this book to anyone. I can't wait to read book two!!!!

    This is the first time i have read from this author and it wont be the last, I was lucky enough that i won this book in a competition in return for a review on my honest opinion.

    We meet Annabella Clayton she is a strong feisty woman who do will whatever it takes to save her dad's company from the twisted and sleazy land developer Jake Scalder who will not stop till he's destroyed Annabella's dad's business.

    Unfortunately they all live in the small town of Clayton-Moss where even if you sneezed people would soon know about it. She has a big secret that would give Jake all the ammunition he needs to tear Annabella and destroy her. Annabella decides to turn to the one person she can trust hot but very ruthless lawyer Rock McCarthy . The problem and the reason why Annabella can trust him is that Rock (Rocky) was her ex dominant but she also let him walk out of her life 6 years ago so what happens when they meet up 6 years later.

    They decide to start working together to show everyone how corrupt this sleaze is whilst keeping their BDSM lifestyle under wraps. But as they begin to get closer old passions resurface and reawakens Rocky's dominant side especially when it comes to Annabella. Will they be able to resist the temptation that is brewing or will they let it stay in the past???

    Will Jake uncover Rock and Annabella's dark secret or will they be able to tale him down before he leaves both their reputations in shatters

    This definitely will not be the last book i will read by this author

    Ok so here goes.....

    I would recommend this book for anyone 18+ who is interested in reading BDSM, HOWEVER I will say, if you have any triggers for example Rough sex, rape play or violence I would suggest you do not read this book...

    In this book we meet Ella Clayton, current Domme, former submissive and heir to Clayton Enterprises.
    6 years after he left town ex-boyfriend, Ella's former Dom Rock McCarthy is back, right around the time Ella stars getting hassled by Real Estate developer Jake Scalder.

    I wasn't really a fan of Ella's sister Shayla, she seemed to me to be very selfish and didn't seem to care for any0one but herself, when she does try to "help" Ella she seemed very condescending and patronising.

    The sex scenes were Awesome (YES AWESOME LOL) there was a build up and dirty talk and foreplay. The characters were well made, none of them seemed weak and were all well thought out.

    I really enjoyed reading this book, I didn't have any trouble getting into the story as it gets straight to the point.
    The story wasn't rushed , I didn't feel like she was trying to throw more and more in there, I also didn't hit any stale, slow, boring parts that I just wanted to skip past. She definitely had me hooked from start to finish.

    So we have hot sex, dirty talk, family drama, angst and a race against the clock. All in all a very well written story.

    I told the author Raven Dark that I would see her on the other side.... well Raven, here I am and I'm ready for more ;-)

    I was fortunate enough to win an ARC for my honest review. I fell in love! Ella is a very strong female character, which I love. She lives in a small town where everyone knows everyone. She comes from a founding family of the town so she has a certain standard that her family hold her to.

    Rock..oh Rock... he is the sexy, leather wearing Dom. He comes from a "lower" class of society. He has went through hell. Two completely different people, but the chemistry is enough to melt your kindle! Ok anyways... Rock left town for a few years, but Ella could never understand why when things seemed to be great between them. When she hears he has come back into town she stops to see him. While he'd been gone he had become a lawyer with a great reputation. As soon as they are in the room together, you know they will end up together.

    Ella hires Rock on to try to help her save her father's company from Scalder, a shady businessman. Rock, of course, agrees. Now, they have to find a way to save the company and their relationship.

    I would recommend this book to anyone who loves BDSM, but beware of certain triggers. Rough sex, rape role play (I didn't think it was too intense, but I also don't have triggers), public sex are all played out. Loved the scenes! Raven Dark knows how to hook you and hold you until you finish the last page! I will definitely be getting the rest of her books!

    A great story line and plot with strong characters. Right from the beginning you could feel the connection between Rock and Ella. Only thing is that they have to learn to trust one another again in their relationship. I haven't read to many BDSM books, but I loved this one. I was not disappointed in this HOT story. You can feel the passion and emotions in Raven's writing. I was hooked from the beginning until the end. I can not wait to read the next book.
