    I have been vegan for years now but am always looking to try new things. I like that this book is filled with easy to make recipes. Sometimes, it is just difficult to come up with ideas for a delicious, well balanced meal. I found lots of them here. Great Recipes!

    Some really basic Italian food recipes, but nothing really special. Would probably recommend to someone who is new to cooking.

    It certainly doesn't feel like you are on a diet and that's what I like about this cookbook. It is necessary in your kitchen because everyone will love your meals and no one will now that they are vegan and healthy, and you don't have to tell them! The Italian cuisine is a rich and delicious one and when it is healthy, it's a perfect combination that won't leave you disappointed!

    In looking through the book for recipes to try, they look good but some are missing instructions. For example, the tiramisu cookies look great, but the directions are for the following recipe, dulce de leche. Recipe testers and editors would have been useful before putting this out for sale.

    Nice, diverse variety of Italian meals and side dishes. Fabulous to be able to enjoy these fine dishes with no fear of animal products being slipped in.

    If you are a Vegan lover this book is for you.
    It offers perfect recipes to prepare at home.
    I am following vegan diet to live a healthy lifestyle and this book is perfect for me.
    I grow my own vegetables at home and this will make my life more easier, no need for me to think for recipes to prepare.

    Es gibt simpele Rezeptbücher wie "leicht vertändlich, gute & schnelle Küche" und dann gibt es dieses Buch. Von der Aufmachung bis hin zu den Rezepten ist es zu einfach gehalten. Das ist das entäuschenste Kochbuch welches ich je in den Händen gehalten habe.

    Some good recipes but seems like it wasn't proof read before printing. Why does a recipe for roasted cauliflower with no potatoes in the ingredients say to boil potatoes? Better off getting recipes off the Internet. I'll be returning this book for a refund due to it being of a sub standard quality. Shame.
